بررسی نقش مدیریت معنوی زنان مسلمان و انقلابی در عرصه ایثار و شهادت در انقلاب اسلامی

فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت از عوامل مهم شکل‌گیری انقلاب اسلامی و اوج‌گیری فعالیت‌های انقلابی است. زنان ازجمله اقشار مهمی هستند که با مدیرت معنوی خود به اشکال مختلف در حوزه فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت، در فرایند انقلاب اسلامی نقش‌ آفرین بوده‌اند. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش مدیریت معنوی زنان مسلمان و انقلابی ایران در عرصه فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت قبل و بعد از انقلاب اسلامی است. روش پژوهش، کیفی از نوع تحلیلی- توصیفی است. ابزار پژوهش شامل کتب تاریخی، مصاحبه و منابع دیجیتال است. یافته‌ ها نشان می دهد که مهم‌ترین عامل موفقیت زنان، ایفای نقش مدیریتی موثر در بعد معنوی فرهنگ است؛ قبل از انقلاب: تبلیغات و سخنرانی‌های فرهنگی، تلاش جهت تبلیغ و تکریم مقام شهدا و غیره است؛ بعد از انقلاب: تربیت فرزندانی صالح و ایثارگر، تبلیغات و سخنرانی های معنوی و غیره است. آنان نشان دادند که زن ایرانی در فرایند پیروزی و استمرار انقلاب اسلامی نقش بسزایی داشته است.

investigating the role of spiritual management of muslim and revolutionary women in the field of sacrifice and martyrdom in the islamic revolution

the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom is regarded as one of the important factors in the formation of the islamic revolution and the rise of revolutionary activities. women are among the important groups that have played a role in the process of the islamic revolution with their spiritual management in various forms in the field of the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom. the main objective of the present study is to investigate the role of spiritual management of muslim and revolutionary women in iran in strengthening the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom before and after the islamic revolution. the research method is qualitative, analytical-descriptive. the research tools include historical books, interviews, and digital sources. the findings show that the most important factor in women’s success is playing an effective managerial role in the spiritual dimension of culture; before the revolution by taking effective part in cultural propaganda and lectures, efforts to propagate and appreciate the status of martyrs, etc.; after the revolution by training righteous and self-sacrificing children, spiritual propaganda and lectures, etc. they showed that iranian women played a significant role in the process of victory and continuation of the islamic revolution.
