سازه‌های مدیریت جهادگران تبیین در جبهه‌آرایی سیاسی مبتنی بر دیدگاه امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله العالی)

با گفتمان‌سازی «جهاد تبیین» ازسوی مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله العالی) در سال‌های اخیر، زمینه بیداری آحاد جامعه به‌ویژه جهادگران تبیین فراهم شده است. در این راستا هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر را می‌توان شناسایی سازه‌های مدیریت جهادگران تبیین در جبهه‌آرایی سیاسی برای مقابله با دشمنان خلاصه نمود. روش پژوهش ترکیبی اکتشافی از نوع متوالی در دو فاز کیفی (تحلیل مضمون بیانات امام خامنه‌ ای) و کمی (اخذ نظر صاحب‌نظران) انجام می پذیرد. جامعه آماری بخش روایی محتوایی تعداد 5 نفر از خبرگان و در بخش جامعه نمونه آماری تعداد 85 نفر از کارشناسان آشنا به موضوع پژوهش است؛ بررسی پایایی و ارزیابی نهایی مدل در نرم افزار smart pls و تکنیک خبرگی سوارا استفاده شده است. یافته‌ ها شامل 3 سازه اصلی و تعداد 33 شاخص فرعی است. در سازه الزامات و حمایت، شاخص های شناخت دیدگاه و ذائقه مخاطبین و همچنین سطح دانش و تخصص جهادگران تبیین؛ سازه تخصص و مهارت، شاخص‌های تبیین صریح، شفاف و بدون جانبداری و همچنین بیان درست و واقع‌بینانه؛ سازه ملاحظات و انتظارات، شاخص‌ های انتقال متعادل مفاهیم در همگرا نمودن تکلیف مداری دینی و ملی می باشند.

the management building structures of explanation jihadists in political front-line preparation based on the viewpoint of imam khamenei (the supreme leader)

with the discourse creation of “jihad of explanation” by the supreme leader in recent years, the ground for awakening of the members of society, especially the jihadists of explanation, has been provided. in this regard, the main goal of the present study can be summarized as identifying the building structures for managing jihadists of explanation in political front-line to confront enemies. the research method is a combined exploratory type of sequential type in two phases: qualitative (analysis of the content of imam khamenei’s statements) and quantitative (obtaining the opinions of experts). the statistical population of the content narrative section includes 5 experts, and in the statistical sample section, 85 experts familiar with the research topic; the reliability and final evaluation of the model were examined using the smart pls software and the swara expertise technique. the findings include 3 main building constructs and 33 sub-indices. in the requirements and support building structure, indicators of awareness of the audience’s perspective and taste as well as the level of knowledge of the explanation jihadists, the building structure of expertise and skill profession, the indicators of explicitness, transparency and impartiality as well as correct and realistic expression; the building structure of considerations and expectations, indicators of balanced transfer of concepts in converging religious and national duties.
