تحلیل مضمون عوامل مادی اقتدار ملی در بیانات آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای و مبانی قرآنی آن

اقتدار یک حکومت مهم‌ترین راه دستیابی به اهداف، حفظ و تداوم شاکله آن است. رهبر جامعه، یکی از عوامل بسیار اثرگذار بر اقتدار ملی است. راهبردهای مدیریتی رهبر، نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در اقتدار جامعه دارد. آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای (مدظله العالی) که سال‌ها است رهبری جمهوری اسلامی ایران را به‌دست دارند، در دوران رهبریشان بر اهمیت اقتدار ملی تاکید داشته‌اند. نوشتار حاضر درصدد بررسی عوامل مادی اقتدار ملی در بیانات ایشان و مبانی قرآن آنها است. این مقاله بخشی از پژوهش توصیفی اکتشافی است که با روش تحلیل مضمون و نرم‌افزار maxqda، اقتدار ملی در بیانات آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای(مدظله العالی) را بررسی و سپس مبانی قرآنی آن را استخراج نموده است. عوامل اقتدار ملی در بیانات قابل تقسیم به دو بخش مادی و معنوی است. عوامل مادی به‌ترتیب عبارتند از: مسئولان، علم و فناوری، مردم، نیروهای مسلح، اقتصاد، جمعیت و نسل جوان، انقلاب و انقلابی‌گری و انتخابات است که همه محورها دارای مبنای قرآنی هستند.

Content Analysis of the Material Factors of National Authority in Ayatollah Khamenei's Statements and Its Quranic Principles

The authority of a government is the most important way to achieve goals, stability, and maintain its structure. The leader of a society is one of the most influential factors of its national authority. The leaderchr('39')s management strategies play a decisive role in the authority of society. Ayatollah Khamenei, who has been the leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran for many years, has emphasized the importance of national authority during his leadership. The present article seeks to examine the material factors of national authority in his statements as well as its Qurchr('39')anic principles. This article is a part of descriptiveexploratory research which has examined the national authority in Ayatollah Khameneichr('39')s statements by the method of content analysis and MaxQDA software and then extracted its Quranic principles. As may be found in Ayatollah Khamenei`s statements, the Factors of national authority may be divided into two parts: material and spiritual. Material factors are: officials, science and technology, people, armed forces, economy, population and young generation, revolution and revolutionaryism and elections, respectively, all having Quranic basis.
