استلزامات کارآمدی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در حوزه «جمهوریت» در دهه پنجم

ارتقای کارآمدی نظام جمهوری اسلامی از مسایل حائز اهمیت در دهه پنجم است. دو دستاورد کلان نظام جمهوری اسلامی »جمهوریت « و »اسلامیت «، وجه تمایز آن از رژیم پهلوی است. در چهار دهه گذشته شاهد دستاوردهای عظیمی از این دو مولفه بوده ایم، اما به منظور بهره وری بیشتر از این دو ظرفیت، لازم است در دهه پنجم، تاملاتی در این زمینه صورت پذیرد. در این نوشتار، عنوان »جمهوریت « مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته تا به این سوال پاسخ داده شود که از این ظرفیت، در دهه پنجم انقلاب، چگونه می توان برای کارآمدی بیشتر نظام بهره گرفت؟ با بهره گیری از اسناد بالادستی جمهوری اسلامی و به شیوه تحلیلی تجویزی نشان داده شده است که در آینده نظام جمهوری اسلامی هم باید تحولاتی در امر نظارت و مشارکت مردم، هم خدمت گذاری به مردم و هم تقویت نهادهای رابط مردم و حکومت صورت پذیرد.

The Requirements for IR`s Efficiency with Regardto Republicanism in the Fifth Decade

Improving the effectiveness of the Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the key issues in the fifth decade. The two great achievements of the Islamic Republic, namely its states of being republic and Islamic , have made it distinctive of the Pahlavi regime. During the past four decades, we have witnessed the great achievements of these two components, but in order to exploit these two capacities more, it is necessary in the fifth decade to come up with some reflections on this. In this paper, the title republicanism has been discussed to answer this question, how can this capacity be used in the fifth decade of the revolution for more efficiency in the system? Using the highlevel documents of the Islamic Republic and the prescriptive analytical method, it has been shown that in the future of the Islamic Republic, changes in the monitoring and participation of the people, both serving the people and strengthening the institutions of the people and government should be established.
