رهیافت‌هایی از نمای خانه‌های تاریخی جهت به‌کارگیری در نمای ساختمان‌های نوساز (نمونۀ موردی: خانه‌های تاریخی تبریز)

بیان مسئله: امروزه یکی از مسائل بسیار مهم در بافت شهری و به‌ویژه بافت تاریخی - فرهنگی هر شهر، نمای ساختمان‌های نوساز است. خانه‌های تاریخی یکی از گنجینه‌های ارزشمند معماری هستند که می‌توان از تجارب آنها در نمای ساختمان‌های نوساز استفاده کرد. با وجود اهمیت این موضوع و ضرورت دستیابی به الگوهای معماری نمای خانه‌های تاریخی، امروزه مطالعات پراکنده و اندکی در این زمینه وجود دارد. پژوهش حاضر با الگوشناسی نمای خانه‌های تاریخی تبریز در پی پاسخگویی به چگونگی بهره‌مندی از نمای خانه‌های تاریخی، در طراحی نمای ساختمان‌های نوساز است.هدف پژوهش: این تحقیق به دنبال آگاهی از عناصر و جزئیات معماری نمای خانه‌های تاریخی به منظور استخراج الگوها و شیوه‌های به‌کاررفته در نمای آنها است تا بتوان با بهره‌مندی از وضعیت موجود نمای خانه‌های تاریخی، الگوهای جدیدی برای ساختمان‌های نوساز ارائه داد و درعین‌حال زمینه‌ بهره‌برداری نادرست از قابلیت‌های کالبدی نماهای تاریخی در نماهای مرسوم امروزی را از بین برد.روش پژوهش: در این راستا با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی به توصیف و تفسیر وضعیت و عناصر موجود در نمای خانه‌های تاریخی و منتخب پژوهش پرداخته و با کسب اطلاعات مورد نیاز از دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی، تحلیل‌های مربوط به اجزا و عناصر تشکیل‌دهنده‌ نمای خانه‌های تاریخی انجام می‌شود.نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه‌ پژوهش به نحوه‌ استفاده از الگوها و عناصر حاصل از تحلیل‌های فوق در نمای ساختمان‌های نوساز مربوط است. به عبارتی در این پژوهش پس از الگوشناسی نمای خانه‌های تاریخی و شناسایی عناصر کالبدی و زیبایی‌شناختی آنها، مولفه‌های کارا در نمای ساختمان‌های نوساز معرفی شده‌اند.

Applying Approaches Driven from the Facades of Historic Houses to the Facades of New Buildings(Case Study: Historic Houses of Tabriz)

Problem Statement: Today, the facades of new buildings are among the most important issues in the urban context and especially the historicalcultural context of any city. Historic houses are one of the valuable architectural treasures that can provide experience for the facades of new buildings. Despite the importance of this issue and the need to achieve the architectural patterns of historic houses, today there are scattered and few studies are available in this field. The present study seeks to answer how to use the facades of historic houses in designing the facades of new buildings, by recognizing the pattern of historic houses in Tabriz.Research objective: In this research, an attempt has been made to raise the awareness of the elements and architectural details of the facades of historic houses to extract the patterns and methods used in their facades and to provide new patterns for new buildings by taking advantage of the current condition of historic facades; At the same time, it aims to destroy the field of improper exploitation of the physical capabilities of historic facades in today’s conventional facades.Research method: In this regard, using a descriptiveanalytical method, the situation and elements in the facade of the research’s selected historic houses were described and interpreted. After gathering the required data from both library and field methods, the components and elements of the historic houses’ facades were analyzed.Conclusion: The method of applying the patterns and elements obtained from the analysis of the facades of the new buildings is the result of this study.
