متدولوژی متکی بر طراحی در محیط مجازی خاص، جهت تدوین ارتباط کیفیت فضایی و ساختار فضایی

بیان مسئله: ارتباط بین کیفیت فضایی (ترجیحات مکانی) و ساختار فضایی موضوعی پذیرفته‌شده است و تحقیقات متعددی برای تعیین رابطه‌ دقیق میان دو متغیر مهم علم معماری انجام گرفته است. بااین‌وجود، به دلیل پیچیدگی درونی هر دو متغیر و همچنین پیچیدگی ارتباط آن‌ها، نتایج تحقیقات اغلب غیرقطعی است و نظریه‌ای کمّی و مورد اجماع در مورد رابطه‌ این دو متغیردر دسترس نیست.هدف پژوهش: مطالعه‌ حاضر شیوه‌ای جدید برای کشف و تدوین ارتباط بین ترجیحات مکانی و پیکربندی فضایی پیشنهاد کرده و صحت و کارایی این شیوه‌ پیشنهادی را می‌آزماید.روش پژوهش: دراین شیوه محیط مجازی مخصوصی ایجاد می‌شود که در کنار کنترل متغیرهای مداخله‌گر، امکان تغییرات به‌صورت مستمر و طراحی در محیط را فراهم می‌آورد. از متخصصین خواسته می‌شود در این محیط به طراحی پرداخته و کیفیت فضایی را افزایش دهند؛ سپس روند تغییر متغیرهای ترجمه‌کننده‌ ساختار محیطی در طول روند طراحی و افزایش کیفیت فضایی بررسی‌شده و ارتباط این دو شاخص تبیین می‌گردد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد متدولوژی پیشنهادی در یافتن ارتباط بین کیفیت فضایی و ساختار فضایی موفق عمل می‌کند. همچنین نشانگر وجود همبستگی بالای آماری بین برخی تجزیه‌وتحلیل‌های ایزوویستی و روند افزایش کیفیت فضایی است. از سوی دیگر براساس نتایج حاصل در برخی چیدمان‌های فضایی، مکان‌هایی با دید بیشتر و اتصالات بصری، و دسترسی و پیچیدگی کمتر از کیفیت بالاتری برخوردار هستند.

Design-Based Methodology in a Specific Virtual Environment to Develop a Relationship between Spatial Quality and Spatial Structure

Problem statement:The relationship between spatial quality (spatial preferences) and spatial structure has been confirmed, and many studies have been conducted to determine the relationship between these two important architecture variables. However, the results of studies are often inconclusive and there are no quantitative and consensual theories about the relationship between these two variables due to the intrinsic complexity of both variables and the complexity of the relationship between them.Research objective:This study proposes a new method for discovering and formulating the relationship between spatial preferences and spatial configuration and tests the accuracy and efficiency of this proposed method.Research method: In this methodology, a unique virtual environment was created to allow continuous changes and design in the environment and controls of the intervening variables. Experts wereasked to design and increase the quality of space in this environment. The process of changing the spatial structure variables during the design process, and improving the spatial quality wereexamined. Then, the relationship between these two indicators wasexplained.Conclusion: According to the results, the proposed methodology performs well in finding the relationship between spatial quality and spatial structure. It also indicates a high statistical correlation between some isovist analyzes and the trend of increasing spatial quality. The results also show that places with more visibility and less visual connections, accessibility, and complexity are of higher quality in some space syntaxes.
