تبیین مدلِ محلۀ فرهنگی در بافت‌های تاریخی برای توسعۀ اقتصاد و حضور صنایع خلاق (مورد پژوهشی: خیابان لاله‌زار، تهران)

بیان مسئله: با توجه به اینکه محله‌های تاریخی به عنوان موجودیتی منسجم، تلاش‌های فرهنگ بومی را برای پاسخگویی به نیازهای گذشته به بهترین شکل نشان می‌دهند، انطباق‌پذیری آنها با نیازهای زمان حال و شناخت فرصت‌های موجود در آنها، به عنوان ظرف پذیرندۀ عملکردهای فرهنگی و مولد اقتصاد، امری در خور توجه است. مهم‌ترین مسئلۀ این پژوهش بهره‌گیری از روش‌های خلاق برای انطباق‌پذیری بافت‌های تاریخی با اقتصاد و شرایط جدید، از طریق تمرکز بر سرمایه‌های فرهنگی، به عنوان ابزاری برای احیای محله‌های تاریخی، و ایجاد فعالیت‌های جدید اقتصادی با هدف جایگزینی کاربری‌هایی است که رو به انحطاط هستند یا از منطقه محو شده‌اند. استفاده از سیاست‌های نوآورانه و راهبردهای مبتنی برخلاقیت برای حضور بافت‌ها و محله‌های تاریخی کشورمان در عرصه‌های رقابت، با هدف توسعه و رشد اقتصادی فرهنگی و تجدید حیات محله، رویکردی است که فقدان آن، هم در حوزۀ نظری و هم در حوزۀ کاربردی بافت‌های تاریخی، قابل توجه است. هدف پژوهش: هدف از این پژوهش ایجاد شرایط تبدیل محله‌های تاریخی به مولد اقتصاد و فراهم‌آوردن امکان حضور آن‌ها در عرصۀ صنایع خلاق است که از طریق اتخاذ سیاستی خلاق و سنجش میزان قابلیت‌های موجود در بافت‌های تاریخی، و تبیین شاخص‌های چندگانۀ محلۀ فرهنگی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش با روش تحلیلی و توصیفی انجام شده است و یافته‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه و مشاهدات میدانی استخراج شده‌اند. نهایتاً، با استفاده از یافته‌های پژوهش، تحقق‌پذیری یک محلۀ فرهنگی در نمونۀ لاله‌زار با استفاده از روش کمّی معادلات ساختاری ارزیابی و در نتیجه مدلی از محلۀ فرهنگی تاریخی، براساس اولویت اقدامات تبیین شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش راهکارها و اقدامات لازم را براساس ترتیب اولویت در مدل محلۀ فرهنگی تاریخی، پیشنهاد می‌کند و اهمیت این روابط را به لحاظ تجربی نیز به اثبات می‌رساند.

Explaining the Cultural Quarter Model in the Historic Fabrics to Provide the Economic Development and Presence of Creative Industries (a Case Study of Lalehzar St., Tehran)

Problem statement: Given that historic quarters as an integrated entity best represent the efforts of indigenous cultures to meet the past needs, their compatibility with the present needs and recognizing the opportunities available to them as an accepting capacity for cultural and economically productive functions are worthy of attention. Utilizing creative approaches in line with the historic fabrics adaptability to the new economy and conditions, through focusing on the cultural capital as a means of revitalizing historic neighborhoods and creating new economic activities to replace the declining uses or those being disappeared from the area, is the most significant necessity to Problem statement of the present research.Research objective: The use of innovative policies and creativitybased strategies for the presence of our country’s historic fabrics and neighborhoods in the competition arenas, aimed at the culturaleconomic growth and development and neighborhood revitalization, is an approach whose absence is noteworthy within both relevant theoretical and applied fields.Research method: This research based on an analytical and descriptive method to assess and measure the capabilities of historic fabrics, indexical contexts. Also, it examines the feasibility of a cultural quarter in a case study of Lalehzar using the quantitative structural equation modeling through questionnaire and field observations and finally as Conclusion explains a model of historiccultural quarters according to the priority of the actions.Conclusion: The research findings prove the necessary solutions and measures based on the order of priority in the final model, the proposal and the importance of these relationships empirically.
