تبیین چارچوب مفهومی منظر مدنی

بیان مسئله: پژوهش حاضر برای پاسخ به چگونگی تحقق مفهوم منظر مدنی صورت گرفته است. منظر مدنی نگرش‌های دموکراتیک را به عرصۀ طراحی و برنامه‌ریزی منظر شهری وارد کرده است. مدنیت، به‌مثابۀ گفتمان سیاسی-اجتماعی، شیوۀ ایجاد فضای مشترک میان افراد به منظور برقراری ارتباط بر بنیان تفاوت‌ها و اختلاف‌هاست. منظر نیز به عنوان یک ماهیت میان‌رشته‌ای، به‌طور ذاتی وسعت و محدودیت‌های عدالت اجتماعی در فضا را نشان می‌دهد. لذا تبیین مفهوم منظر مدنی نه به معنای ارائۀ یک تعریف قطعی و تعیین‌کننده، بلکه جستجوی عواملی است که بر چگونگی امکان تحقق مفهوم مدنیت در فضا به‌طور عام و منظر به‌طور خاص دلالت می‌کنند. هدف پژوهش: تبیین چارچوبی مفهومی از منظر مدنی براساس ایده‌ها و مفاهیم بروز مدنیت در معماری منظر، هدف این پژوهش است. ازاین‌رو ابتدا چیستی نسبت فضا و ابعاد جامعۀ مدنی، و سپس فرصت‌ها و محدودیت‌هایی که در فرایند برنامه‌ریزی فضا امکان تقویت یا تضعیف گفتمان سیاسیاجتماعی را موجب می‌شود؛ تحلیل شده است. در مرحلۀ بعد، با این پرسش که چگونه فعالیت‌های دموکراتیک و مردمی در کنار دانش تخصصی برای برنامه‌ریزی‌های زیست‌محیطی ضرورت دارد؛ جایگاه جامعه در فرایند طراحی منظر مورد پرسش قرار گرفته است. در نهایت با الهام از سه رکن جامعۀ مدنی، ابعاد منظر مدنی تبیین شده است.روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر، از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی است و در جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از شیوۀ کتابخانه‌ای بهره گرفته شده است. با استفاده از روش تحلیل‌محتوا، مفاهیم اصلی پژوهش دسته‌بندی شده و با مفاهیم منظر تطبیق یافته است.نتیجه‌گیری: با الهام از سه بعد جامعه مدنی (افکار عمومی، نهاد، جنبش) منظر مدنی به سه ویژگی قابل تطبیق با اصول مدنیت به ترتیب هدف، ساختار و مفهوم تقسیم شده است. با این دیدگاه هدف از منظر مدنی، فعل مدنیت، ساختار، ساخت اجتماعی و معنا، دغدغه‌ها و ایده‌آل‌های مفهومی جامعۀ مدنی است.

The Conceptual Framework of Civic Landscape

Problem statement: The present study was conducted to answer how the concept of civic landscape can be realized. The civic landscape has incorporated democratic attitudes into urban landscape design and planning. Civilization, as a politicalsocial discourse, is a way of creating a shared space for individuals to communicate on the basis of differences and disagreements. Landscape, as an interdisciplinary nature, inherently reflects the extent and limitations of social justice in space. Thus, explaining the concept of civic landscape does not mean providing an absolute definition, but seeking the factors that make the concept of civilization in space in general, and landscape in particular meaningful. Research objective: The purpose of this study is to explain a conceptual framework of civic landscape based on ideas and concepts of civilization in landscape architecture.Research method: This is a descriptiveanalytical study which has used the library method in collecting information. With the help of content analysis, the main concepts of the research are categorized and adapted to the concepts of landscape. Thus, at the first stage, the relationship between space and dimensions of civic society, and then the opportunities and constraints that may strengthen or weaken politicalsocial discourse in the process of space planning are analyzed. Next, the place of society in the landscape design process is questioned by how democratic and social activities along with professional knowledge of environmental planning are needed. Finally, inspired by the three principles of civic society, the dimensions of the civic landscape are explained.Conclusion: Inspired by the three dimensions of civic society (public opinions, institutions, movements), the civic landscape is divided into three characteristics that are compatible with the principles of civilization in terms of purpose, structure and concept. From this perspective, the purpose of civic landscape is the act of civilization, its structure is social construction, its concept is the concerns and ideals of civic society.
