راهکارهای توسعۀ مسکن در شهرهای کوچک، مطالعۀ موردی: شهر خُمام در استان گیلان

بیان مسئله: در برنامه‌‏ریزی توسعۀ مسکن، رویکردی جامع نیاز است که همۀ عناصر و اجزای موثر را لحاظ کند، روابط بین آن‏ عناصر را مشخص کند و در نهایت مجموعه‏‌ای از راه‌‏حل‏‌های مختلف با تعیین اولویت‏‌ها ارائه دهد. انتخاب و بررسی مکانی که مسکن و محیط‏‌های مسکونی جدید در آن ساخته شود یکی از اجزای این رویکرد جامع است. بنابراین ضروری است که ارائۀ راهکارهای توسعۀ مسکن متناسب با «مکان مشخص» باشد، که در این پژوهش «مکان مشخص» شهرهای کوچک است. هدف: این مقاله در پی ارائۀ راهکارهایی برای توسعۀ مطلوب مسکن در شهرهای کوچک، با توجه به نقش این شهرها در تعادل سیستم سکونت‏گاهی منطقه، در فرآیند تدوین برنامه‌‏ریزی جامع مسکن است. روش تحقیق: در این پژوهش در بخش تبیین مفاهیم از روش استدلال منطقی و در بخش ارائه راهکارها از روش تحلیلیتوصیفی بهره گرفته شده است و همچنین برای جمع‌‏آوری داده‏‌های پژوهش از شیوه‌‏های اسنادی و بررسی‏‌های میدانی استفاده شده است.نتیجه‏‌گیری: توسعۀ متناسب در بخش مسکن توسعۀ پایدار شهرهای کوچک را به همراه دارد و نقش آن‏ها را در فرآیند توسعۀ منطقه‏‌ای تقویت می‏‌کند. این پژوهش نشان داد در روندی مشخص، با بهره‏‌گیری از اصول معماری بومی، می‏‌توان راهکارهایی برای توسعۀ مناسب مسکن تدوین کرد. این راهکارها به چهار دسته فرم، عملکرد، فضا و مصالح و ساخت قابل‌‏تقسیم‌‏اند.

Housing Development Strategies in Small Cities, Case Study: Khomam City in Guilan

Problem statement: In housing development planning, a comprehensive approach is required. In this approach all elements and components affecting the housing are considered, the relationships between them are identified and finally a set of different solutions by prioritizing them should be provided. Locating and examination of the place where new housing and living environments are built is one of the components of this comprehensive approach. Therefore, it is essential to provide housing development strategies tailored for a specific location which are small cities in this study.Research objective: The purpose of this article is to provide strategies for proper housing development, considering the role of these cities in balancing the habitat system in the codification process of a comprehensive housing development plan.Research method: In this research, the logical reasoning has been used in the explanatory section and in the section of presenting strategies analyticaldescriptive method has been used. Documentation methods and field studies have been used to collect research data.Conclusion: This study showed that in the specific process using vernacular architecture principles, strategies for proper housing development can be codified. These strategies can be divided into four categories: form, function, space, materials and construction. Proper development in the housing sector contributes to the sustainable development of small cities and strengthens their role in the regional development process.
