تشدید ذهنیت امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بعد از حمله امریکا به عراق و محدودیت های ناشی از این ساخت

صورت بندی ذهنیت امنیتی کارگزاران سیاست خارجی هر دولتی تحت تاثیر عوامل پر شماری سرچشمه می گیرد. در این میان تجارب تاریخی نیز از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردارند . جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز از این امر مستثنا نیست . ایران اسلامی به عنوان کشوری که هم قربانی تجاوز بوده و هم شاهد ان ، تجارب تلخ تاریخی زیادی را با خود به همراه دارد. به طور نسبی می توان گفت ذهنیت امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران تحت تاثیر حافظه تلخ تاریخی این کشور قرار گرفته است. باید توجه داشت که پژوهش حاضر به دنبال تاکید بر تک عاملی بودن صورتبندی این ذهنیت نمی باشد. در این میان می توان گفت تجربه تلخ جنگ تحمیلی هشت ساله و همچنین شاهد تجاوز بودن، عاملی شد تا جمهوری اسلامی ایران تمرکز خود را بر بعد نظامی قدرت گذاشته و همین ساختار ایجاد شده عامل تحریم های بیشتر کشور مذکور تا به امروز گردیده است. به نظر میرسد رابطه ای متقابل میان ساخت ایجاد شده و محدودیت های ناشی از ان وجود دارد. این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخگویی به چگونگی ساخت یابی این ذهنیت امنیتی و محدودیت های ناشی از این ساختار برای ایران اسلامی می باشد. در این میان پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و استفاده از منابع اینترنتی و کتابخانه ای و همچنین با بهره گیری از عینک ساخت یابی گیدنز به دنبال پاسخگویی به پرسش چگونگی ساخت یابی این ذهنیت امنیتی و محدودیت های ناشی از این ساختار برای ایران اسلامی است.

introductionthe formation of the security mindset of foreign policy agents of any state is influenced by numerous factors. historical experiences are also of particular importance. the islamicrepublic of iran is no exception. as a country that has been both a victim and a witness of aggression, islamic iran has many bitter historical experiences. relatively speaking, it canbe said that the security mindset of the islamic republic of iran has been influenced by the bitter historical memory of this country. it should be noted that the present study doesnot seek to emphasize the single factor in the formation of this mindset. meanwhile, it can be said that the bitter experience of the eight-year imposed war and also witnessing aggression caused the islamic republic of iran to focus on the military dimension of power, and this created structure has been the cause of most of the sanctions imposed on the said country to this day. in a way, the source of the formation or, in other words, the structuring of the security mindset of the islamic republic of iran and the emphasis on the military power positions of this country should be relatively sought in bitter historicalexperiences. in the meantime, perhaps the role of the united states of america in attacking iraq and inflicting great human and financial losses on this country is prominent in intensifying the security mindset of the foreign policy agents of the islamic republic of iran. in a way, perhaps learning from the 2003 iraq war and also the historical background of the aforementioned imposed war had a small impact on intensifying the securitymindset of the islamic republic of iran and emphasizing the country's hard military power.
