همسازی ایدئولوژی و اُتوپیا با امرسیاسی؛ خوانشی بر مناسبات دولت و جامعه در ایران عهد قاجار

در دوره قاجار، دولت به دلیل مواجهه با شرایط جدید ناشی از امرسیاسی مدرن از سازمان‌دهی ایدئولوژیکی مدرن و هم‌چنین ابزارهای کنترل سیاسی و نظامی موثر برخوردار نبود. از این‌رو تغییر در امرسیاسی، وضعیت دشواری را فراروی دولت قاجار قرار داد، به‌نحوی‌که برخی از کارگزاران ایدئولوژی رسمی قاجار در خصوص نحوه عملکرد دولت وکارآمدی آن در مواجهه با شرایط در حال تغییر دچار تشکیک شده و نوسازی دولت را جهت تقویت ایدئولوژی رسمی در دستورکار خود قرار دادند. هم‌چنین امرسیاسی مدرن، به شکل‌گیری طرح‌های اُتوپیایی معتقد به تغییر وضع موجود در دوره قاجار نیز یاری رساند و ساخت ایدئولوژی رسمی قاجاران در قالب دولت نیز کفایت لازم را در مواجهه با این طرح‌ها از خود نشان نداد. بر این اساس، پیدایش مدرنیته و امرمدرن به‌گونه‌ای‌که زمینه لازم را برای تغییر نظم سیاسی قدیم و ایجاد نظم سیاسی جدید به وجود آورد، سبب اثرگذاری بیشتر طرح‌های اُتوپیایی موثر در جامعه نسبت به ساخت ایدئولوژیکی دولت قاجار شد. نوشتار حاضر برآن است تا بابهره‌گیری از رویکرد نظری تلفیقی امرسیاسی لکان و ایدئولوژی و اُتوپیای مانهایم، برتری توان‌ کنش‌های موجود در جامعه در قالب طرح‌های اُتوپیایی را نسبت به دولت در عهد قاجار، به شیوه توصیفی و تحلیلی مورد بررسی وکنکاش قراردهد.

introductionby looking at the relations between the state and society in iran during the qajar era, we can recognize the weight of the influence of each of the dualities of state and society over time and its association with the political.in the period of establishment and stabilization of the qajar dynasty, due tothe different nature of the political affairs, we see the supremacy of the state over the society while the existing movements in the society, but with the beginning of the transition period and also the period of the decline of the qajar dynasty, we see the superiority of interactions within the society compared to the government. therefore, the transition period refers to theperiod during which the processes resulting from the modern affairs were placed next to the traditional order and created a situation of instability for the traditional attitude governing the qajar ideological apparatus, unlike the previous periods. the research question is what was the relationship between ideology and utopia with the political in the qajar era? the hypothesis is thatas a result of the change in the internal and external conditions of the political affairs, the influence of utopia has been greater than ideology.methodologythis research has been done in a descriptive and analytical manner and using library and internet resources.
