مهمترین مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های فرهنگ سیاسی ایرانیان در عصر شبکه‌های اجتماعی از منظر نخبگان دانشگاهی

فرهنگ سیاسی به‌عنوان بخشی از فرهنگ عمومی که رابطه جامعه و قدرت را مدنظر دارد تاثیر بسزایی در توسعه سیاسی کشورها دارد. این مفهوم در پژوهش‌های مختلفی مورد توجه اندیشمندان و محققان ایرانی و غیرایرانی قرار گرفته و مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌هایی برای آن برشمرده‌اند. اما ظهور شبکه‌های اجتماعی که تعاملات اجتماعی را به‌عنوان بنای فرهنگ تحت تاثیر قرار داده را نمی‌توان بر فرهنگ سیاسی بی‌تاثیر دانست؛ با این فرض، تحقیق حاضر در پاسخ به این سوال که شکل‌گیری شبکه‌های اجتماعی با ظرفیت‌های تعاملی، مشارکتی و عمومی باعث پدیدارشدن یا برجسته شدن چه مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌هایی در فرهنگ سیاسی ایرانیان شده است؟ به روش دلفی از نظرات نخبگان دانشگاهی بهره گرفته است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد هرچند برخی مولفه‌های تاریخی فرهنگ سیاسی ایران همچون مطلق‌گرایی فکری، بی‌اعتمادی، بیگانه‌ستیزی، رفتارهای فراقانونی، خودمداری، افراط‌گرایی و غالب بودن ارزش‌های دینی با ادبیات دیگری در فرهنگ سیاسی ایران از گذشته وجود داشته اما مولفه نقد نظام سیاسی با شاخص‌هایی چون انتقاد از افراد برجسته سیاسی در قدرت، پخش کلیپ‌های فعالان سیاسی مخالف دولت و نقد سیاست‌های دولت، در نتیجه ظهور شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی در فرهنگ سیاسی ایرانیان برجسته شده است.

The most important components and indicators of Iranian political culture in the age of social networks from the perspective of academic elites

Political culture as a part of public culture that considers the relationship between society and power has a great impact on the political development of countries. This concept has been considered by Iranian and nonIranian thinkers and researchers in various researches and its components and indicators have been enumerated.But the emergence of social networks that have influenced social interactions as a building block of culture cannot be considered ineffective in political culture; Assuming this, the present study in response to the question that the formation of social networks with interactive, participatory and public capacities has caused the emergence or prominence of what components and indicators in the Iranian political culture? Delphi method has used the opinions of academic elites. Findings show that although some historical components of Iranian political culture such as intellectual absolutism, distrust, xenophobia, extrajudicial behavior, selfcontrol, extremism and the predominance of religious values with other literature in Iranian political culture have existed in the past, but the critical component of the political system with characteristics such as criticism. Among the leading political figures in power, the publication of clips of antigovernment political activists and the critique of government policies due to the emergence of virtual social networks in the Iranian political culture has emerged.
