تاثیر قدرت سیاسی بر سیر تحول سیاست‌نامه‌نویسی ایرانی: از قرن پنجم تا فروپاشی صفویه

سیاست‌نامه‌نویسی، مهم‌ترین هنر نگارش و اندیشه‌ورزی سیاسی در سراسر تاریخ تمدن ایرانی بوده است. این هنر، زمینه را برای نگارش متونی مهم در دوره‌های مختلف حکمرانی حاکمان مختلف فراهم نموده که هدف آن‌ها ایجاد و استقرار و دوام حکومت در چارچوب مبانی معرفتی خاص نویسنده‌ سیاست‌نامه در بستر تاریخی خاص خود و نیز مبتنی بر چگونگی ادراک سیاست‌نامه‌نویس از اوضاع زمانه‌اش بوده است. اما، مهم‌ترین بحث در خصوص نگارش سیاست‌نامه‌ها، تاثیرپذیری این آثار و متون از قدرت سیاسی است. این تاثیرپذیری به انحا و اشکال مختلف، نقش و کارکرد خود را بر روندهای تحول در سیاست‌نامه‌نویسی ایرانی در دوران اسلامی برجای گذاشته است. با توجه به این وضعیت، در مقاله‌ حاضر تلاش شده است تا به این سوال پاسخ داده شود که قدرت سیاسی چه تاثیر بر سیر تحول سیاست‌نامه‌نویسی ایرانی از قرن پنجم به این سو، تا پایان حکمرانی امپراتوری صفویه داشته است؟ یافته های حاصل از نوشتار حاضر نیز نشان می‌دهد که قدرت سیاسی نه‌تنها بسترساز نگارش سیاست‌نامه‌نویسی شده، که خارج از دایره‌ی قدرت سیاسی دوران مورد مطالعه، اصولاً نمی‌توان سراغی از سیاست‌نامه‌نویسی گرفت. لذا، سیاست‌نامه‌نویسی در چارچوب دایره‌ قدرت سیاسی حاکم در این دوران قرار دارد.

The Impact of Political Power on the Evolution of Iranian Policy Writing: From the Fifth Century to the fall of the Safavieh

Policy writing has been the most important art of writing and political thinking throughout the history of Iranian civilization. This art has provided the basis for writing important texts in different periods of rule of different rulers. Their goal was to establish, establish, and sustain the government within the framework of the specific epistemological foundations of the author of the policy in its own historical context, as well as how the policy writer perceives the situation of his time. But the most important discussion about writing policy letters is the impact of these works and texts on political power. This influence, in various forms, has left its role and function on the evolutionary trends in Iranian policy writing during the Islamic period. With this in mind, the present article attempts to answer the question of what effect did political power have on the evolution of Iranian political writing from the fifth century onwards until the end of the Safavieh Empire’s rule? The answer is yes. The results of writing the article also show that political power is not only the bedrock of writing policymaking, but outside the circle of political power of the period under study, it is basically impossible to trace politics. Therefore, politics is within the framework of the ruling political power in this period.
