ارزیابی اثرات اجتماعی - اقتصادی پروژه‌های آبخیزداری اجرا شده از دید ذینفعان (مطالعه موردی: حوزه آبخیز حسن ابدال- استان زنجان)

طرح های آبخیزداری نقش مهمی را در مدیریت منابع خاک و آب در جهان ایفا می کنند. در بسیاری از کشورهای در حال توسعه، طرح ها و پروژه های مدیریت آبخیز بدون حضور آبخیزنشینان طراحی و اجرا می شود. در این تحقیق پارامترهای مهم اجتماعی و اقتصادی، موثر بر عملیات آبخیزداری از دیدگاه آبخیزنشینان بررسی می شود. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام گرفته است. حوزه آبخیز حسن ابدال در شهرستان زنجان به عنوان منطقه مورد مطالعه انتخاب شد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات میدانی، از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه سرپرستان خانوارهای بهره بردار و ساکن این حوزه بودند. از میان آنان با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 160 نفر با روش تصادفی ساده مورد پرسشگری مستقیم قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل از آزمون های کروسکال والیس و مقایسه میانگین ها استفاده شد. از مهمترین دستاوردهای پروژه ارتقای مشارکت ذینفعان، کنترل سیلاب، کاهش مهاجرت، افزایش درآمد کشاورزی و دامداری است. نتایج نشان داد که طرح های اجرا شده نتوانسته سبب افزایش قابل قبولی در سطح اراضی کشاورزی، باغی و مرتعی شود. به طور کلی نگرش مردم به اجرای عملیات مثبت ارزیابی شد و اجرای طرح ها بر ارتقاء دانش ذینفعان موثر بوده است.

Socio-economic Impact Assessment of Watershed Plans Implemented from the Perspective of Stakeholders (Case Study: Hasan abdal Basin- Zanjan Province)

Watershed projects play an increasingly important role in managing soil and water resources throughout the world. In many developing countries, watershed management practices and planning are usually performed which cannot be identified by stakeholders. This study has been introduced an approach to consider some socioeconomic parameters from the stakeholders aspect which are important for watershed management decisions. The method of study was Descriptive and Analytical. Hasan abdal basin in Zanjan Province was selected as the case study area. The field data has completed with questionnaire. The statistic population of this research was all heads of families of stakeholders which living in this area. Among them, using Morgan table, 160 people were randomly asked questions directly. The KruskalWallis test and Average Comparison were used. The main achievements of these projects were the improvement Stakeholder participatory, flood control, reducing the migration, and increase in agricultural and husbandry income of the results of these designs. The implemented projects haven't a positive impact on the area of agricultural land, Gardens, and rangelands.The people's attitude towards the implementation of positive watershed plans has been evaluated. The implementation of the plans has been effective in promoting stakeholder knowledge.
