بررسی رابطه سواد سلامت شغلی و رفتار ایمنی کارکنان صنایع معدنی با نقش میانجی سلامت

زمینه و هدف: حوادث شغلی که برخی اوقات به دلیل مدیریت ایمنی نامناسب به وقوع می پیوندد می تواند تاثیر بسزایی بر بهره وری کارگران داشته باشد. با اصلاح عادت ها و افزایش سطح آگاهی کارگران می توان به ایمنی رفتار دست یافت، چون افراد دارای نقشی محوری در مدیریت سلامت خود هستند، با مجموعه ای از فعالیت های فردی، محیطی و سازمانی می توانند از بروز خطرات پیشگیری کنند که سواد سلامت شغلی در این امر عاملی کلیدی است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه سواد سلامت شغلی و رفتار ایمنی با نقش میانجی سلامت است.روش بررسی: روش پژوهش مقطعی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری را کارکنان 15 واحد از صنایع معدنی ایمیدرو ایران تشکیل داده اند که از این میان 283 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند، این افراد به پرسشنامه های سلامت عمومی (ghq) گلدبرگ (1989)، رفتار ایمنی مهدی نیا (2016) و سواد سلامت شغلی (tohls if) ساتهاکورن (2020) پاسخ دادند. داده های پژوهش به روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری (sem) با نرم افزارهای spss و amos مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج با مقادیر (agfi=0.97, cfi=0.99, gfi=0.949, rmsea=0.036) بیانگر برازش خوب مدل بود. براساس ضرایب مستقیم رابطه بین سواد سلامت شغلی و سلامت (= 0.369, p<0.01β)، سواد سلامت شغلی و رفتار ایمنی (β=0.483, p<0.01)، رفتار ایمنی و سلامت (= 0.592, p<0.01β) کارکنان صنایع معدنی معنادار بود. لذا در بررسی ضریب غیر مستفیم با آزمون بوت استرپ با توجه به نقش میانجی گر سلامت، رابطه بین سواد سلامت شغلی و رفتار ایمنی کارکنان (=0.218, p<0.01 β) معنادار ارزیابی شد.نتیجه گیری: بهره گیری از فاکتورهای سلامت می تواند در تاثیر سواد سلامت شغلی بر رفتار ایمنی کارکنان صنایع معدنی در جهت کاهش خطرات ناشی از کار و دستیابی به سطح مطلوب تر ایمنی، یک عامل تعیین کننده باشد.

investigating the relationship between occupational health literacy and safety behavior of mining industry employees with the mediating role of health

abstract background: occupational events that sometimes occur due to improper safety management can have a significant impact on workers' productivity; therefore, by improving the habits and increasing the level of awareness of workers, behavioral safety can be achieved; because people play a central role in managing their health, they can prevent risks with a range of individual, environmental, and organizational activities in which occupational health literacy is a key factor. the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between occupational health literacy and safety behavior with the mediating role of health.methods: the cross sectional research method is correlational. the statistical population is made up of the employees of 15 units of imidro's mining industry, from which 283 people were selected by random sampling. they answered the general health questionnaire (ghq) goldberg (1989), safety behavior mahdi nia (2016) and occupational health literacy (tohls if) suthakorn (2020). the research data were analyzed by structural equation modeling (sem) with spss and amos software.results: the results with values (agfi = 0.97, cfi = 0.99, gfi = 0.949, rmsea = 0.036) indicated a good fit of the model. based on direct coefficients of the relationship between occupational health literacy and health (β = 0.369, p <0.01), occupational health literacy and safety behavior (β = 0.483, p <0.01), safety and health behavior (β= 0.592, p <0.01) was significant. therefore, in the indirect coefficient study with bootstrap test, considering the role of health mediator, the relationship between occupational health literacy and employee safety behavior (β= 0.218, p <0.01) was significantly evaluated.conclusion: utilization of health factors can be used as a determining factor in the impact of occupational health literacy on the safety behavior of mining workers to reduce occupational hazards and achieve a more desirable level of safety.
