تبیین عناصر برنامه آموزش حرفه ای مشارکت والدین به معلمان در دوره‌های ضمن خدمت

مشارکت خانه و مدرسه برای پیشرفت تحصیلی و رشد اجتماعی-عاطفی دانش آموزان اهمیت دارد و معلمان باید بیاموزند که چگونه این همکاری و مشارکت را ایجاد و تقویت کنند. از این رو ضرورت دارد در برنامه‌های آموزش حرفه‌‏ای معلمان نحوه صحیح ایجاد و تقویت مشارکت والدین گنجانده شود. در همین راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین عناصر برنامه آموزشی معلمان در دوره‏‌های ضمن خدمت در زمینۀ مشارکت خانه و مدرسه انجام‌شده است. روش پژوهش، مرور نظام‌مند و روش تحلیل یافته‌ها، تحلیل محتوای کیفی و مبتنی بر تحلیل استنتاجی بوده است که به‌منظور دستیابی به داده‌های موردنظر از روش مطالعه و بررسی متون و آثار صاحب‌نظران این حوزه و برنامه‌های موجود در سایر کشورها استفاده‌شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که برنامه درسی آموزش مشارکت والدین در قسمت اهداف بر تلفیق مباحث نظری و عملی مشارکت والدین در دوره‌های آموزشی و آموزش مهارتهای ویژه و در روش یاددهی-یادگیری بر تعامل جمعی، بارش مغزی، ایفای نقش، مطالعه موردی و تجربیات شبیه‌سازی‌شده تاکید دارد. برنامه آموزش مشارکت والدین، یادگیرنده (معلم) را عنصری می‌داند که باید به اهمیت مشارکت والدین اعتقاد و نگرش مثبت داشته و در پاسخگویی به نیازهای والدین توانمند و پاسخگو باشد و درزمینۀ ارزشیابی بر بهره‌ گیری از رویکرد خودسنجی تاکید دارد. پیشنهاد می‌شود در برنامه‌های آموزش حرفه‌‏ای معلمان، این دورۀ آموزشی با عناصر معرفی شده، موردتوجه دست‏اندرکاران نظام آموزشی قرار گیرد.

explaining the elements of a professional training program for parental participation for teachers in in-service courses

the collaboration between home and school is crucial for students’ academic progress and socio-emotional growth. teachers must learn how to establish and enhance this cooperation. therefore, it is essential to include methods for creating and strengthening parental involvement in professional training programs for teachers. this study was conducted to explain the elements of teacher training programs in in-service courses concerning home and school collaboration. the research method was a systematic review and qualitative content analysis based on inductive reasoning. to obtain the desired data, the study reviewed literature and expert opinions in this field and analyzed existing programs in other countries. the findings indicate that the curriculum for parent involvement training emphasizes integrating theoretical and practical discussions of parent involvement in training courses and teaching specific skills. in terms of teaching-learning methods, it focuses on collective interaction, brainstorming, role-playing, case studies, and simulated experiences. the parent involvement training program considers the learner (teacher) as an element who should believe in the importance of parent involvement, have a positive attitude, and be capable and responsive to parents’ needs. regarding evaluation, it emphasizes the use of self-assessment approaches. it is recommended that this training course with the introduced elements be included in teachers’ professional training programs to improve the educational system.
