بررسی رابطه هوش فرهنگی و هویت ایرانی – اسلامی دانش آموزان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه میان هوش فرهنگی با هویت ایرانی اسلامی دانش‌آموزان صورت گرفته است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دانش‌آموزان سال چهارم مقطع‌ متوسطه ناحیه یک آموزش و پرورش شهر همدان و شمار آنان 2141 نفربوده است. از این عده 327 نفر (176 دختر و 151 پسر) به عنوان نمونه پژوهش به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای سهمی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات دو پرسشنامه مجزا، یکی پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش فرهنگی و دیگری پرسشنامه محقق ساخته هویت ایرانی - اسلامی بوده است. روایی پرسشنامه ها بر اساس روایی محتوایی و صوری مورد تایید متخصصان قرار گرفته و پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرانباخ محاسبه شده که به ترتیب87% برای پرسشنامه هوش فرهنگی و 92% برای پرسشنامه هویت ایرانی - اسلامی گزارش شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از شاخصهای آمار توصیفی مانند (توزیع فراوانی، درصد، میانگین‌ و انحراف استاندارد) و شاخصهای آمار استنباطی(ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه) استفاده شده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داده است که میان هوش فرهنگی و هویت ایرانی - اسلامی دانش آموزان رابطه معنادار وجود دارد (0.049= r2). همچنین در ابعاد فرا شناختی(0.077=r2)، شناختی (0.021=r2) و انگیزشی(0.031= r2) هوش فرهنگی با هویت ایرانی - اسلامی رابطه معنادار مشاهده شد، اما میان بعد رفتاری هوش فرهنگی و هویت ایرانی - اسلامی رابطه معنادار مشاهده نشد.

A Study of the Relationship between Cultural Intelligence and Students’ Iranian - Islamic Identity

A Study of the Relationship between Cultural Intelligence and Students rsquo; Iranian Islamic Identity A. Salahshouri, Ph D F. Khavari, M.A.The main purpose of this research was to study the relationship between cultural intelligence and students rsquo; IranianIslamic identity. In this descriptive, correlational research the population of the study included all twelfth graders in district one of Hamedan (2141 students). The sample of the study which was selected through random stratified sampling method comprised 327 students (176 girls and 151 boys). The instrumentation included standard Cultural Intelligence Questionnaire as well as a selfdevised IranianIslamic Identity Questionnaire. The experts approved of the content and face validity of the questionnaires. In addition, Cronbach rsquo;s alpha coefficients reported for the Cultural Intelligence Questionnaire and the IranianIslamic Identity Questionnaire were 87% and 92%, respectively. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive indexes (mean, percent, frequency, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis). Obtained results indicated that there was a significant relationship between the Iranian Islamic identity and the cultural intelligence of the students (R2 =0.049). Furthermore, there was a significant relationship between Iranian - Islamic identity and the metacognitive (R2=0.077), cognitive (R2=0.021) and motivational (R2=0.031) components of the cultural intelligence; however, no significant association was observed between the behavioral aspect of the cultural intelligence and the IranianIslamic identity.Key words: cultural intelligence, IranianIslamic identity, students
