Integrating RFID, web-based technology, and artificial intelligence in engineering management

Radio frequency identication (rfid) technology is emerging as an importanttechnology for improving management eciency. web-based systems (wbs) are particularlyuseful for managing operations spread over multiple locations. articial intelligence(ai) can be used to process uncertain and incomplete information which inevitably occurs inthe real world. this study aims to enhance managerial eciency through the integrationof rfid, web-based technologies, and articial intelligence. rfid is primarily used toidentify managerial objects, while web-based technology is used for data management, andai is used to analyze the collected data. a real case is used to validate the applicabilityof the proposed method. experimental results show that the integration of rfid, webbasedsystems, and ai can be eectively applied in a practical environment. the proposedmethod can improve managerial eciency, data transfer, data quality, and service processtime. this study is one of the rst to investigate the integration of rfid technology withweb-based technology and ai.
