|
This paper deals with miss distance analysis of single-lag optimal guidancelaw (ogl) using linearized equations of motion in normalized form. the radomerefraction error, acceleration limit, constant target acceleration, and arbitrary-orderbinomial guidance and control system are considered in the formulation. in addition, bodyrate feedback is utilized in the ogl formulation as a well-known classical compensationmethod of radome eect for proportional navigation guidance. the numerical solution ofnormalized equations produces normalized miss distance curves, which are useful tools forguidance designer for analysis and design of guidance parameters for an allowable missdistance and acceleration limit. moreover, a modied rst-order guidance scheme, basedon an analytical stability analysis and normalized miss distance curves, is presented forreducing the achievable miss distance
