   Biodegradation of heavy fuel oil by newly isolated strain Enterobacter cloacae BBRC10061: Study of unstructured kinetic models and innovative equation

چکیده    Modeling process is very important and valuable to predict process outcome,especially bioprocesses which are intricate. because of complex hydrocarbon compoundsand oscillations happened in the medium of process, biodegradation of mazut has notalready been investigated by mathematical models. in this study, an indigenous bacteriumwas isolated from oil contaminated soil to investigate biodegradation of mazut at di erentexperimental conditions. data resulted from mazut degradation, ph, and electricalpotential in the medium were recorded. some reported kinetic models and combinationswere investigated to practically model the process. in addition, a new equation that canpredict various phenomena, was applied to functionalize changes of mazut concentration,ph, and electrical potential. any of the kinetic models did not have potential for modelingbehavior of mazut biodegradation at di erent conditions. opposed to them, the novelequation was able to predict desirable parameter, using two variables, and functionalizedata by appropriate coecients.
