A computational method for solving two-dimensional linear Volterra integral equations of the first kind

In this paper, the operational tau method is employed to approximate the solution of twodimensional linear volterra integral equations of the first kind (2dlvief). to this end, we convert the2dlvief to the equivalent equation of the second kind, and then we use the operational approach of thetau method, with standard base, to convert it to the system of algebraic equations. finally, some numericalexamples are given to clarify the efficiency and accuracy of the presented method.
