   effect of temperature and time on the structural properties of pbs nanofilms

چکیده    In this research, lead acetate as a source of pb^2+ and thiourea as asource of s^2- have been used, and the elects of deposition time (td < 90 min) anddeposition temperature (td: 28, 55°c) on the prepared thin films of lead-sulfide havebeen investigated. in order to investigate the morphology of thin films and crystallinenanostructure of the films, atomic force microscopy and x-ray diraction have been utilized,respectively. values of lattice constant for prepared pbs films vary in the range of 0.5937-0.5959 nm. preferred growth orientation for prepared films is 200. the thickening processof layers has declined after 60 min (t at 28°c: 130-530 nm and t at 55°c: 300-975 nm).
