شناسایی و تحلیل اثرات بیماری کرونا بر زنجیره تامین مواد غذایی با رویکرد مطالعه موردی چندگانه

این پژوهش به بررسی تاثیرات ویروس کرونا بر ساختار زنجیره تامین مواد غذایی پرداخته است. در این راستا، با استفاده از روش مطالعه موردی چندگانه، اثرات این بیماری همه‌گیر بر سامانه‌های تامین، حمل‌ونقل و مدیریت موجودی پنج شرکت بزرگ تولید محصولات غذایی در ایران بررسی شده و نتایج، با استفاده از ابزارهای تحلیل مضمون و آزمون آماری، تحلیل و رتبه بندی شده است. این مطالعه، ضمن تحلیل تاثیرات همه گیری کرونا بر مدیریت زنجیره تامین محصولات غذایی، راهکارهایی برای بهبود مدیریت این زنجیره در شرایط بحرانی ارائه    می کند. نتایج پژوهش در قالب 15 گزاره کلیدی طبقه‌بندی و با استفاده از آزمون t تک‌نمونه مورد آزمون قرار گرفت و 11 گزاره تایید و چهار گزاره رد شدند. بر این اساس نتایج نشان می‌دهد همه‌گیری کرونا باعث تغییرات قابل توجّهی در زنجیره تامین، و الزامات و روش های مدیریت آن شده؛ که از آن جمله می توان به لزوم افزایش شفافیت زنجیره تامین، کاهش تعداد لایه های زنجیره، سرمایه گذاری بیشتر در بخش حمل و نقل محصولات، بازنگری سبد محصولات و افزایش سطح نقدینگی در دسترس به منظور مدیریت خطرپذیری زنجیره در شرایط بحران اشاره کرد.

identifying and analyzing the effects of the coronavirus on the food supply chain using a multiple case study approach

this study investigated the effects of the coronavirus on the structure of the food supply chain. in this regard, using a multiple case study method, the effects of this pandemic on the supply, transportation, and inventory management systems of five large food production companies in iran were examined, and the results were analyzed and ranked using content analysis tools and statistical tests. this study, while analyzing the effects of the coronavirus pandemic on food supply chain management, provides solutions for improving the management of this chain in critical situations. the research results were classified into 15 key propositions and tested using a single-sample t-test, and 11 propositions were confirmed and four propositions were rejected. accordingly, the results show that the coronavirus pandemic has caused significant changes in the supply chain, and its management requirements and methods; among them are the need to increase supply chain transparency, reduce the number of layers in the chain, invest more in product transportation, review the product portfolio, and increase the level of available liquidity to manage chain risk in crisis situations.
