الگوی ساماندهی لجستیک کشور

هدف این مقاله، طراحی الگوی ساماندهی لجستیک کشور است. از نگاه اغلب صاحبنظران اقتصادی، صنعت لجستیک بخش حیاتی از اقتصاد ملی بوده و می‌تواند نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در رونق اقتصادی کشور و دستیابی به اقتصاد پایدار داشته باشد. این موضوع در کشور ما که از ظرفیت‌های لجستیکی فراوانی برخوردار است، جایگاه ویژهای دارد که کمتر به آن‌ها پرداخته شده است. این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی به شمار می‌آید. پس از مرور پیشینۀ تحقیق و مطالعات اکتشافی و چارچوب نظری پژوهش، مدل مفهومی تحقیق تدوین شد و با تکمیل پرسشنامه (داده‌های کمّی) توسط 61 نفر از خبرگان حوزۀ لجستیک، داده‌های تحقیق گردآوری و با روش معادلات ساختاری تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید و سرانجام مدل نهایی تکمیل و ارائه شد. الگوی پیشنهادی از سه بُعد تشکیل شده است: «زیرساخت‌های قانونی»، «زیرساخت‌های غیرفیزیکی» و «زیرساخت‌های فیزیکی». هریک از این ابعاد دارای مولفه‌ها و زیر مولفه‌هایی بوده که درمجموع از 19 مولفه و 55 زیرمولفه تشکیل شده است.

the country’s logistics rearrangement model

the purpose of this article is to design a model for rearrangement the country’s logistics. from the perspective of most economic experts, the logistics industry is a vital part of the national economy and can play a decisive role in the country’s economic prosperity and achieving a sustainable economy. this issue has a special place in our country, which has abundant logistics capacities, and has been addressed less frequently. this research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of method, exploratory. after reviewing the research background and exploratory studies and the theoretical framework of the research, the conceptual model of the research was developed and by completing a questionnaire (quantitative data) by 61 logistics experts, the research data was collected and analyzed using the structural equation method, and finally the final model was completed and presented. the proposed model consists of three dimensions: legal infrastructure, non-physical infrastructure and physical infrastructure. each of these dimensions has components and sub components, which consist of a total of 19 components and 55 sub-components in total.
