بررسی تاثیر پیاده‌سازی بلاک چین در زنجیره تامین محصولات لبنی در کشور ایران

در میان صنایع موجود صنعت غذایی به خاطر تاثیری که مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر سلامت افراد می‌گذارد، از اهمیت بسیار بالایی برخوردار است. در صنایع غذایی، صنعت لبنیات و زنجیره تامین آن به دلیل مصرف بالای محصولات آن توسط افراد جامعه و مدت‌زمان کوتاه ماندگاری آن جهت مصرف، همواره موردتوجه محققین، صاحبین صنابع و مصرف‌کنندگان این محصولات می‌باشد. از همین رو در این پژوهش تلاش شده است تاثیر پیاده سازی بلاک چین بعنوان یک فناوری نوین و اثرگذار در زنجیره تامین محصولات لبنی سنجیده شود. به همین منظور در ابتدا با مطالعه منابع کتابخانه ای مولفه های اصلی زنجیره تامین و بلاک چین استخراج شده و سپس با استفاده از این مولفه ها مدل و فرضیات پژوهش طراحی‌شده و دو پرسشنامه جهت جمع‌آوری داده تهیه می‌شود. با استفاده از دو پرسشنامه مذکور تلاش می‌شود تغییرات ایجادشده در چابکی و شفافیت داده در زنجیره تامین صنعت لبنیات کشور قبل و بعد از پیاده‌سازی بلاک چین مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد. درنهایت با استفاده از تحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده از طریق پرسشنامه‌ها تاثیرات پیاده‌سازی بلاک چین در زنجیره تامین محصولات لبنی سنجیده می‌شود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که بلاک چین تاثیر معنادار و مثبتی بر روی شفافیت داده‌ها و نیز چابکی زنجیره تامین محصولات لبنی در ایران دارد.

investigating the impact of blockchain implementation in the supply chain of dairy products in iran

among the existing industries, the food industry is very important because of its direct and indirect impact on people’s health. in the food industry, the dairy industry and its supply chain are always the focus of researchers, industry owners and consumers of these products due to their high      consumption by society and their short shelf life for consumption. therefore, in this research, an attempt has been made to measure the impact of blockchain implementation as a new and effective technology in the supply chain of dairy products. for this purpose, at first, the main components of the supply chain and blockchain were extracted by studying library sources, and then, using these components, the research model and hypotheses were designed, and two questionnaires were     prepared for data collection. by using the mentioned two questionnaires, it is tried to evaluate the changes made in agility and data transparency in the supply chain of the country’s dairy industry before and after the implementation of blockchain. finally, by analyzing the data collected through questionnaires, the effects of blockchain implementation in the supply chain of dairy products are measured. the results of this research showed that blockchain has a significant and positive effect on the transparency of data and the agility of the supply chain of dairy products in iran.
