تحلیل اهمیت عملکرد عوامل اصلی موفقیت زنجیره تامین معکوس صنایع هوایی

پویایی خدمات صنایع هوایی نیازمند تدوین رویکردی جهت تضمین بقا، بهره‌وری و رشد صنایع هوایی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تحلیل اهمیت- عملکرد عوامل اصلی موفقیت زنجیره تامین معکوس صنایع هوایی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش مشتمل بر خبرگان صنایع هوایی و مشتریان زنجیره تامین معکوس صنایع هوایی می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال شناسایی، اولویت‌بندی و دسته‌بندی عوامل اصلی موفقیت با رویکردی متفاوت از سایر پژوهش‌ها در زنجیره تامین معکوس صنایع هوایی است. شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل اصلی موفقیت به عنوان یک راهبرد جهت پیاده‌سازی زنجیره تامین معکوس صنایع هوایی بکار گرفته می‌شود. این پژوهش برآن است تا با تحلیل اهمیت – عملکرد هر یک از عوامل، گامی موثر در تدوین و اجرای موفقیت‌آمیز راهبردهای صنعت هوایی بردارد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش تحقیق، توصیفی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی در صنایع هوایی می‌باشد. در مرحله نخست، عوامل اصلی موفقیت شناسایی شده و سپس با استفاده از رویکرد دنپ اولویت‌بندی می‌شوند. در گام بعدی، میزان عملکرد عوامل اصلی موفقیت از منظر مشتریان تعیین می‌شود. سپس عوامل ‌اصلی‌ موفقیت شناسایی شده با استفاده از آزمون تی زوجی مورد ‌تحلیل اهمیت – عملکرد قرار گرفته است. باتوجه به نتایج پژوهش، فرصت‌های بهبود در عوامل اصلی موفقیت «سیاست‌های بازگشت،یکپارچه‌سازی مواد و اطلاعات، ارتباطات، آگاهی زیست محیطی زنجیره تامین، اعتماد متقابل شرکای زنجیره تامین و عملکرد زنجیره تامین» وجود دارد. هر یک از این فرصت‌ها می‌تواند منجر به توسعه و بهبود کسب و کار گردد و در نهایت به رشد اقتصادی منجر خواهد شد. این عوامل مستلزم تمرکز بیشتر خط‌مشی‌گذاران و مجریان صنایع هوایی مربوطه می‌باشد. نتیجه مطالعه نشان داد که «سیاست‌های بازگشت» مهم‌ترین عامل در ارتقای بهینه این صنعت می‌باشند.

importance-performance analysis of the critical success factors of the aviation industry’s reverse supply chain

the dynamic of aviation industry services necessitates formulating a strategy to ensure the aviation sector’s survival, productivity, and growth. this study examines the importance-performance of the primary success criteria in the aviation industry’s reverse supply chain. the study’s statistical population includes university professors and aviation industry members. the current study’s goal is to identify and prioritize enablers in the reverse supply chain of the aviation sector using a different strategy than previous studies. this study intends to take an essential step toward successfully creating and implementing aviation industry strategies by identifying practical elements and determining the value of each of those factors. in terms of the research approach, the current study is descriptive, and its objective is to be applied in the aviation sector. in this study, 24 indicators are found in three dimensions from the standpoint of expert members. using the danp technique, network relationships and prioritized enablers were determined. academic experts determined the importance of the primary success variables, and aviation industry specialists determined the performance of the main success factors in the next step. importance-performance analysis (ipa) was then applied to the main success factors identified using the paired t-test. accordingly, the customers found the safety and security aspect to be closer to their expectations than other quality dimensions, and responsiveness was found to be far from their expectations compared to other dimensions, requiring more focus from the relevant aviation policymakers and executives.
