تاثیر انعطاف‌پذیری بر چابکی زنجیره تامین، عملکرد شرکت و مزیت رقابتی با رویکرد دیدگاه مبتنی بر منابع

در جهان امروز پیشرفت‌های تکنولوژیک به‌سرعت در حال انجام است و سازمان‌ها از طریق به‌کارگیری تئوری‌های گوناگون سیستم تولید انعطاف‌پذیر، آمادگی بهتری را برای مواجهه با تغییرات محیطی ایجاد می‌کنند و تاثیر چابکی زنجیره تامین بر عملکرد را ارتقا می‌بخشند. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر انعطاف‌پذیری بر چابکی زنجیره تامین، عملکرد شرکت و مزیت رقابتی با رویکرد دیدگاه مبتنی بر منابع می‌پردازد. روش پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و میدانی بود. جامعه آماری، کلیه کارشناسان، سرپرستان و مدیران شرکت تولیدی آبراه تزئین می‌باشد. 128 نفر از جامعه آماری به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده با استفاده از جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. جهت بررسی روایی پرسشنامه از نظرات اساتید و خبرگان و برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها از آلفای کرونباخ و برای تحلیل فرضیه‌های پژوهش از روش معادلات ساختاری واریانس‌محور یا رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی در نرم‌افزار smart-pls3. 3. 9 و برای بررسی روایی مدل از رویکرد بوت استرپ در نرم‌افزار amos24 استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که انعطاف‌پذیری تولید و انعطاف‌پذیری استراتژیک بر عملکرد و چابکی شرکت تاثیرگذار هستند؛ همچنین انعطاف‌پذیری استراتژیک بر مزیت رقابتی تاثیر نداشته، درحالی‌که انعطاف‌پذیری تولید بر مزیت رقابتی شرکت به میزان 0/994 تاثیرگذار بوده است.

the impact of production and strategic flexibility on supply chain agility, company performance and competitive advantage with a resource-based view approach

in today’s world, technological advances are accelerating, and organizations are better prepared to deal with environmental change and enhance the impact of supply chain agility on performance by applying the various theories of a flexible manufacturing system. the present study examines the impact of flexibility on supply chain agility, company performance and competitive advantage with a resource-based view approach. the method of this research is applied and field research. the statistical population is all the experts, supervisors and managers of abrah dezhar production company. 128 people from the statistical population were selected by simple random sampling method using morgan’s table. to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire, the opinions of professors and experts were used. cronbach’s alpha value was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaires. in the present study, structural equations with partial least squares approach were used to analyze the hypotheses in the smart-pls3.3.9 software and to evaluate the validity of the model, bootstrap approach was used in amos24 software. the findings of the research showed that production flexibility and strategic flexibility have an impact on the performance and agility of the company. also, strategic flexibility did not affect the competitive advantage, while production flexibility had an impact on the company’s competitive advantage by 0.994.
