الگوی ارزیابی عملکرد مدیریت لجستیک پلیس در بحران‌های انتظامی (مورد مطالعه: فاتب)

این پژوهش با هدف ارائه‌ی الگوی ارزیابی عملکرد مدیریت لجستیک پلیس در بحران انتظامی انجام گرفته است و به‌لحاظ هدف، پژوهشی کاربردی-توسعه‌ای است. رویکرد تحقیقی آن کیفی و به‌شیوه‌ی مصاحبه با خبرگان و متخصصان مرتبط است. افراد مصاحبه‌شونده در این پژوهش در قالب دو دسته از استادان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین و روسا و مدیران ادارات معاونت آماد و پشتیبانی، یگان ویژه، یگان امداد و پلیس پیشگیری فاتب هستند. همچنین به دلیل لزوم استفاده از نظرات افراد عمدتاً شاخص و خبره، در این پژوهش از روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی هدفمند استفاده و حجم نمونه به‌تعداد سیزده نفر انتخاب شده است. با استفاده از روش تحلیل تم، داده‌های پژوهش نیز مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که الگوی ارزیابی عملکرد مدیریت لجستیک پلیس در بحران‌های انتظامی از شش بُعد قابل‌توجه است: پیش‌بینی، تامین، چابکی، سازمان و مدیریت، دانش و فناوری و امور آمادی و هفده مولفه از جمله خودرو، رفاهی، سلاح و مهمات، خودرو و سوخت، کالا، جیره و لباس، آمادگی، قابلیت‌های چابکی، مدیریت چابک، نظارت و کنترل، نیروی انسانی، برنامه‌ریزی، هماهنگی، فرهنگ و ساختار، آموزش و مهارت، فناوری و اطلاعات و ارتباطات، نگه‌داری و تعمیرات، انبارداری و آمادرسانی و شصت‌وشش شاخص به‌عنوان زیرمجموعه‌ی مولفه‌های موصوف.

A Model for Evaluating the Performance of Police Logistics Management in Disciplinary Crises (Case Study: FATEB)

The aim of this study was to provide a model for evaluating the performance of police logistics management in disciplinary crisis. This research is applieddevelopmental in terms of purpose. It is a qualitative research approach and is related to the method of interviewing experts and specialists. The interviewees in this study are in two groups: professors of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences and heads and managers of the Departments of logistics support, Special Unit, Relief Unit and FATEB Prevention Police. Also, due to the necessity of using opinions of experts, purposive sampling method has been used and the sample size was determined as 13 people. The research data was also analyzed using the thematic analysis method. The results show that the model for evaluating the performance of police logistics management in disciplinary crises is significant in 6 dimensions including: forecasting, supply, agility, organization and management, science and technology and preparedness, and 17 components including: vehicle, welfare, weapons and ammunition. Automotive and fuel, commodities, rations and clothing, readiness, agility capabilities, agile management, supervision and control, manpower, planning, coordination, culture and structure, training and skills, technology information and communication, maintenance, repair and operations, warehousing and logistic support and 66 indicators as a subset of the components described..
