مفهوم‌ پردازی نت مقاومتی پایدار به‌عنوان یک استراتژی بومی نگهداری و تعمیرات (اقدام‌پژوهی: یک سازمان نظامی)

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارائه یک استراتژی بومی در حوزه نگهداری و تعمیرات و تبیین ابعاد و مولفه‌های مختلف آن است که با ملاحظه تجارب موفق جهانی، ملاحظات و اقتضائات خاص حاکم بر اکوسامانه اقتصادی و صنعتی ایران، سیاست های اقتصاد مقاومتی، فرهنگ بومی، ارزش های اخلاقی بومی و مسائل پیرامون حوزه نگهداری و تعمیرات تدوین شده‌است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، خبرگان حوزه نگهداری و تعمیرات در کشور بوده اند. نمونه گیری به روش هدفمند و تا سرحد دستیابی به اشباع نظری انجام شد که از طریق مصاحبه با بیست خبره حاصل شده‌است. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از روش داده بنیاد تجزیه و تحلیل شده و کدهای باز، محوری و انتخابی آنها در هر مرحله استخراج شده ‌است. مدل نهایی تحقیق مشتمل بر هفده مضمون اصلی در چهار حوزه زیرساخت نرم استراتژی، پایه های فنی، پیوستار نیروی انسانی و پشتیبانی مناسب شکل گرفته‌است. یافته های پژوهش در یک سازمان نظامی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و نتایج آن به‌صورت مختصر در قالب یک اقدام پژوهی گزارش گردیده ‌است.

The Conceptualization of Sustainable Resistive Maintenance as an Indigenous Maintenance Strategy (Research Action: A Military Organization)

The purpose of this study is to present a local strategy in the field of maintenance and explain its various dimensions and components, taking into account the successful global experiences, special considerations and requirements governing Iran’s economic and industrial ecosystem, resistive economy policies, indigenous culture, indigenous moral values, and maintenance issues. The statistical population of this study consists of the experts in the field of maintenance and repairs in the country.The sampling is performed in a targeted manner and to the extent of achieving theoretical saturation, which is obtained through interviews with twenty experts. The collected data are analysed using the databased method and their open, axial and selective codes are extracted at each stage. The final research model consists of seventeen main themes in four areas of soft strategy infrastructure, technical foundations, manpower continuity and appropriate support. The research findings are used in a military organization and the results are briefly reported in the form of a research action.
