توسعه مدل علّی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تاب‏آوری زنجیره تامین

عواملی نظیر مسائل سیاسی، نوسانات تقاضا، تغییرات فنّاوری، ناپایداری های مالی، حوادث طبیعی و مهم‏تر از آن محیط رقابتی کسب‌وکار، موجب افزایش عدم قطعیت و بروز ریسک هایی در زنجیره تامین می شود. مدیریت این ریسک ها، یعنی تاب آور کردن زنجیره تامین، یکی از چالش های کنونی سازمان ها است. ازاین‌رو، سازمان ها جهت تدوین استراتژی های تاب آوری نیاز به ترسیم و تفهیم پویایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تاب‏آوری زنجیره تامین دارند. در این پژوهش با بررسی ادبیات پژوهشی مرتبط، مولفه‌های مرتبط با تاب‏آوری زنجیره تامین و کارت امتیازی متوازن جهت ترسیم نمودار علت و معلولی تاب‏آوری زنجیره تامین با رویکرد  فراترکیب شناسایی شده است که این مولفه‌ها به تایید خبرگان رسیده‏اند. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده شامل 83 کد است که در سه مقوله و ده بُعد طبقه‏بندی شده‏اند. درنهایت به کمک این نتایج و روابط بین آن‌ها، مدل علّی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تاب‏آوری زنجیره تامین، توسعه داده شده است. نمودار تهیه‌شده در این پژوهش، دید کلی با در نظر گرفتن پویایی پارامترهای تاثیرگذار بر سیاست‏گذاری در اختیار مدیران زنجیره تامین قرار می‏دهد. مولفه‌های اصلی موثر جهت کاهش زمان بهبود و افزایش تاب‏آوری بنا به مطالعات میدانی شناسایی شده‏اند که در این میان به اهمیت بخش مدیریت ریسک در تاب‏آوری پی برده شد که توسط چابکی، مهندسی مجدد، یکپارچگی و انعطاف‏پذیری زنجیره تامین با سرمایه‏گذاری در توسعه رشد و یادگیری سازمان تقویت می‏شود.

Developing a causal model of factors influencingsupply chain resilience

Factors such as political issues, demand fluctuations, technological changes, financialinstability, natural disasters, and more importantly the competitive environment of the business,increase the uncertainty and risks in the supply chain. Management of such risks, namely,resilient supply chain, is one of the current challenges of organizations. Therefore, organizationsneed to design and understand the dynamics of factors affecting supply chain resiliency toformulate sustainability strategies. In this research, by investigating related literature, the relatedcomponents of the resilient supply chain and balanced scorecard have been identified to map thecauses and effects of resilient supply chain with the Metasynthesis approach, which have beenconfirmed by experts. The results were categorized into three categories and ten dimensions with83 codes. Finally, by the help of the results and the relationships between them, the causal modelof the factors influencing resilient supply chain has been developed. The diagram prepared inthis research provides an overview for supply chain managers by considering the dynamics ofparameters affecting policy making. Effective key components to reduce recovery time andincrease resilience have been identified based on field studies, which have highlighted theimportance of risk management in resilience through supply chain agility, reengineering,integration and flexibility which is strengthened by investing in the development oforganization’s growth and learning.
