ارائه چارچوب مدل مفهومی نوین و جامع یکپارچگی لجستیک

پاسخگویی به نیازمندی‌های سازمان و تامین به‌موقع این نیازمندی‌ها، به میزان مناسب، با قیمت و کیفیت مناسب، در زمان و مکان مناسب، از تامین‌کنندگان مناسب، جز با ایجاد یکپارچگی میان بخش‌های مختلف سازمان ازجمله تامین‌کنندگان، مصرف کنندگان، مراکز ذخیره‌سازی و توزیع، حمل‌ونقل و سایر بخش‌های ارائه‌دهنده خدمات لجستیکی در سازمان، محقق نخواهد شد. با توجه به اهمیت یکپارچگی در سازمان لجستیک، در این تحقیق مفهوم جامعی از یکپارچگی در لجستیک تبیین گردیده و تلاش شده است با بررسی تحقیقات در حوزه یکپارچگی لجستیک و زنجیره تامین، چارچوب مفهومی جامع برای یکپارچه‌سازی سازمان لجستیک ارائه گردد. برای این منظور در این پژوهش ابتدا مفهوم یکپارچگی و تعاریف آن در حوزه‌های مختلف و به‌طور خاص در زنجیره تامین و لجستیک موردبررسی قرار گرفته است. سپس مطالعات انجام شده از منظر ابعاد یکپارچگی، مدل یکپارچگی، سنجش یکپارچگی و داشتن مطالعه موردی، بررسی و تحلیل شده است. در ادامه بر اساس مطالعات انجام شده، اجزاء مدل یکپارچگی لجستیک در دو بخش ابعاد یکپارچگی و مولفه‌های یکپارچگی مورد تایید خبرگان لجستیکی قرار گرفته و در انتها چارچوب مدل مفهومی یکپارچگی لجستیک ارائه شده است.

An Innovative Throughout Conceptual Model Framework for Logistics Integration

Timely responsiveness to the requirements of the organisation and an orderly supply in right quantities, with the right price and quality, from the right supplier, at the right time and place can never be achieved except through integration within every level of the organisation, namely suppliers, storage and distribution units, transportation and other logistics service sections. Bearing in mind the significance of integration in logistics organisations and bodies, this research defines a comprehensive concept on integration in logistics, investigates existing literature on the subject and further attempts to present a throughout conceptual framework and definition on supply chain and logistics integration. In this regard, the present study initially investigates the definitive concepts in an array of domains and in particular, supply chain and logistics, and goes on to analyse past studies in terms of dimensions of integration, integration model, integration evaluation and case studies. Based upon the existing body of literature the present research then analyses the components of the logistics integration model in two domains of dimension and elements of integration and ultimately presents a conceptual model framework for logistics integration.
