شناسایی و بررسی تاثیر مولفه‌های ریسک زنجیره تامین بر عملکرد مالی شرکت ایران‌خودرو خراسان

بحران‌های اقتصادی، تحریم‌ها و عوامل محیطی در سال‌های اخیر باعث شده زنجیره‌های تامین بهره‌ور و مدیریت مناسب آن یک عامل مهم جهت حضور موفق در بازارهای رقابتی مطرح شود. رسیدن به چنین مطلوبیتی مستلزم ایجاد  شایستگی‌های لازم در زنجیره تامین صنعت مذکور بوده و توجه به فرصت ها و تهدیدهای موجود در عرصه صنعت و تجارت ، ارزیابی توانایی صنایع در مواجهه با نا اطمینانی‌ها، عدم قطعیت‌ها و ریسک‌های موجود ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. صنعت خودروسازی یکی از مهم‌ترین صنایع کشور و درواقع محرک اقتصادی بسیاری از صنایع دیگر بوده و از طرفی زنجیره تامین هر خودروساز، تضمین‌کننده تداوم تولید بوده و هر نقصان، ریسک و اختلال در آن می‌تواند عملکرد شرکت را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد ازاین‌رو شناسایی ریسک‌های مهم زنجیره تامین و رتبه‌بندی آن‌ها، این فرصت را برای مدیران ارشد سازمان فراهم می‌آورد تا ضمن ایجاد آمادگی لازم، پاسخ بهینه و به‌موقع برای هر ریسک با در نظر گرفتن منافع و مصلحت‌های سازمان در نظر بگیرند. در این راستا و با توجه به نقش کلیدی زنجیره تامین در تحقق اهداف شرکت ایران‌خودرو خراسان، هدف پژوهش حاضرشناسایی و بررسی تاثیر مولفه‌های ریسک زنجیره تامین بر عملکرد مالی شرکت ایران‌خودرو خراسان" بوده و به همین منظور، پژوهشگر با ارائه یک مدل مفهومی، ضمن شناسایی ریسک های مهم زنجیره تامین، اهمیت نسبی و رتبه هر ریسک از منظر تاثیر بر عملکرد مالی را با استفاده از تلفیق تکنیک fmea با تکنیک‌های ahp،vikor  و topsis و بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزارهای spss و excel مشخص نموده است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر، مدیران ارشد شرکت را قادر می‌سازد تا، قابلیت‌های بهتری در تشخیص و مقابله با ریسک‌ها و بخصوص ریسک‌های غیرمنتظره را در خود ایجاد نموده و با مقابله اثربخش و واکنش بهنگام، اثرات منفی و مخرب ریسک‌ها را حذف یا به حداقل مقدار ممکن برسانند. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، ریسک‌های : برنامه‌ریزی مواد نامناسب، بروز نبودن موجودی، اعتصابات رانندگان، ارسال با تاخیر مواد اولیه و قطعات از تامین‌کننده و مشکلات مالی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین و تاثیرگذارترین ریسک‌های زنجیره تامین ایران‌خودرو خراسان بر عملکرد مالی شرکت می‌باشند.

Identify and evaluate the impact of supply chain risk factors on Iran

Economic crises, sanctions and environmental factors in recent years have led to effective supply chains and proper management play the rule as an important factor for successful participation in competitive markets. Achieving to this desirability, requires having competencies in the supply chain in that industry, and considering the opportunities and threats in the industry and business, assessment of the industry’s ability to face with uncertainties and existing risks is necessary. The automobile industry is one of the most important industries in the country and indeed the economic driver of many other industries. On the one hand, the supply chain of every automaker guarantees the continuity of production and any defect, risk and disruption can affect the performance of the company. Identifying the key risks in the supply chain and ranking them, therefore, provides an opportunity for senior executives in the organization to provide the necessary preparedness, optimal and timely response to each risk, taking into account the interests and interests of the organization. In this regard and with regard to the key role of supply chain in achieving the goals of Iran Khodro Khorasan Company, the purpose of the present study was to identify and evaluate the impact of supply chain risk components on the financial performance of Iran Khodro Khorasan Company. The conceptual model, while identifying important supply chain risks, identifies the relative importance and rank of each risk in terms of impact on financial performance by integrating FMEA with AHP, VIKOR and TOPSIS techniques and using SPSS and EXCEL software. The results of the present study enable senior executives of the company to develop better capabilities in identifying and confronting risks, especially unexpected risks, and by eliminating the effective and timely response, eliminating the negative and destructive effects of risks. Or at the least possible. According to the results of this study, the risks of: inappropriate material planning, inventory failure, drivers’ strikes, delayed delivery of raw materials and parts from suppliers and financial problems are the most important and the most influential risks on the financial performance of Iran Khodro Khorasan Supply Chain.
