شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی راهکارهای رفع موانع اجرای لجستیک معکوس با رویکرد ترکیبی دلفی فازی،swara وwaspas در صنعت تولید خمیر و کاغذ

افزایش رقابت در عصر کنونی، قوانین زیست‌محیطی و منافع اقتصادی ناشی از توجه به حوزه پایداری زنجیره تامین، سبب شده است که شرکت‌ها به مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز و لجستیک معکوس توجه خاصی نمایند. هرچند شرکت‌ها به‌طور فزاینده‌ای به‌منظور در نظر گرفتن فعالیت‌های سبز و لجستیک معکوس در زنجیره‌های تامین خود تحت‌فشار هستند، اما به دلیل وجود موانعی که در استفاده و توسعه لجستیک معکوس وجود دارد پیاده‌سازی آن با محدودیت مواجه شده است. اجرای لجستیک معکوس در صنعت کاغذ به دلیل لزوم صرفه‌جویی، کاهش هزینه و جلوگیری از قطع درختان اهمیت زیادی دارد. در همین راستا، شناسایی راهکارها و راه‌حل‌هایی برای رفع موانع اجرای لجستیک معکوس در صنعت کاغذ ضروری است. ازاین رو در این پژوهش، ضمن شناسایی موانع اجرای لجستیک معکوس، راهکارهای رفع موانع اجرای لجستیک معکوس نیز شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شدند.در ابتدا با بررسی پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته در این حوزه فهرستی از موانع و معیارها شناسایی گردید. سپس با بهره‌گیری از روش دلفی فازی، معیارهای شناسایی‌شده، تعدیل و نهایی شدند. در ادامه با استفاده از روش سوآرا معیارها و زیر معیارها وزن دهی شدند. همچنین فهرستی از راهکارها به‌منظور رفع موانع اجرای لجستیک معکوس از ادبیات شناسایی گردید که در مرحله بعد، با بهره‌گیری از روش واسپاس، راهکارهای شناسایی‌شده اولویت‌بندی شدند و نتایج نشان داد که راهکار دوازدهم (ایجاد، توسعه و سرمایه‌گذاری در فن‌آوری لجستیک معکوس) به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین راهکار انتخاب شد.

Identifying and prioritizing solutions to overcome obstacles of the implementation of reverse logistics with a hybrid approach: Fuzzy Delphi, SWARA and WASPAS In the paper industry

Although the companies are increasingly under pressure to consider green and reverse logistics activities in their supply chains, but because there are obstacles in the use and development of reverse logistics, its implementation has been limited. Reverse logistics is very important in the paper industry because of the need to save money, reduce costs and prevent tree felling. Therefore, identifying strategies and solutions to tackle these barriers is essential. In this study, addition to identify barriers of implementing reverse logistics, Reverse logistics strategies to overcome barriers were also identified and prioritized. At first, by review of accomplished researches in this area, a list of barriers and criteria were identified. Then, by using the Fuzzy Delphi method, identification Criteria were mitigation and finalized. Then by using of SWARA method Criteria and sub criteria were weighted. Also a list of solution in order to tackle with reverse logistics implementation barriers were identified from the literature. In the next step, using the WASPAS methods, identified solution were prioritized. The results showed that Twelfth solution (create, develop and invest in reverse logistics technology) was selected as the most important solution.
