ارزیابی عملکرد زنجیره‌تامین پروژه‌ها مبتنی بر bsc و تفکر ناب؛ مورد مطالعه: پروژه‌های پتروشیمی

در پروژه‌ها، توجه به مدیریت زنجیره‌ تامین از مواردی است که موفقیت پروژه را تحت‌تاثیر قرار می‌دهد؛ و عدم‌ توجه ممکن است باعث افزایش هزینه و تاخیر در پروژه شود. کاهش تاثیرات منفی (هزینه و تاخیر پروژه) از طریق مدیریت زنجیره‌ تامین به‌ خصوص در پروژه‌های پتروشیمی، با توجه به بزرگی طرح‌ها و هزینه‌های بالای آنها می‌تواند قدم موثری در جلوگیری از هدر رفتن منابع مالی، نیروی انسانی و زمان باشد. برای مدیریت زنجیره‌ تامین، ابتدا باید عملکرد زنجیره مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد، تا با شناخت عملکرد فعلی و هدف‌گذاری برای عملکرد آتی، مسیر مناسب شناسایی و به تبع آن مدیریت زنجیره‌ تامین معنا بیابد. برای هر ارزیابی، معیارهای جامع و کاملی نیاز است، تا علاوه بر پرداختن به جنبه‌های مختلف زنجیره‌تامین، ارزیابی به روش سیستماتیک انجام شود. در این تحقیق، ابتدا برمبنای الگوی تصمیم‌ گیری، به شناسایی زنجیره‌ تامین پروژه‌های پتروشیمی پرداخته‌ شده و در ادامه از بین مدل‌های موجود، مدلی مبتنی بر کارت امتیازی متوازن انتخاب شده‌ است. سپس معیارهای عملکرد زنجیره‌تامین پروژه‌های صنعتی براساس تفکر ناب شناسایی‌شده و در انتها با استفاده از ahp، این معیارها اولویت‌بندی شده‌است؛ تا بدین‌ طریق معیارهای مناسب صنعت برمبنای مدل bsc و تفکر ناب شناسایی شود.

Supply Chain Performance Measurement based on BSC and Lean thinking;Case Study: Petrochemical Projects

Paying attention to the management of the supply chain in the projects is one of the things that affect the success of the project; and lack of attention may increase the cost and delay in the project. Reducing negative impacts (cost and project delays) through the management of supply chains, especially in petrochemical projects, can be an effective step in preventing the loss of financial resources, manpower, and time, due to their high cost and design costs. To manage the supply chain, the performance of the chain must first be evaluated, so as to identify the current path and target for future performance, identify the appropriate route and, consequently, manage the chain of meaning. For each evaluation, comprehensive and complete criteria are needed to evaluate systematically in addition to addressing different aspects of the supply chain. In this research, based on the decisionmaking model, the petrochemical project supply chain has been identified, and a model based on a balanced scorecard has been selected among existing models. Then, the performance criteria of the supply chain of industrial projects are identified on the basis of lean thinking, and finally, using AHP, these criteria have been prioritized, so that industry benchmarks based on the BSC model and lean thinking are identified
