ارائه الگوی استقرار زنجیره تامین سبز در شرکت پتروشیمی پردیس با استفاده از روش نقشه شناختی فازی

امروزه، دغدغه اصلی بشر، پیامدهای زیست محیطی و جوابگو نبودن منابع کره زمین می باشد. همزمان با افزایش روزافزون آلودگی زیست‌محیطی و پیامدهای مخرب آن و به دنبال آن افزایش تقاضای مشتریان و جوامع زیست‌محیطی برای محصولات و خدمات سازگار با محیط‌زیست باید آلودگی های ناشی از گسترش صنایع را در قالب تلاش برای اجرای زنجیره تامین سبز کاهش داد. با وجود قوانین دولتی و آگاهی فزاینده مردم در مورد محیط‌زیست، شرکت هایی که می خواهند در بازار جهانی دوام بیاورند نمی توانند مسائل زیست‌محیطی را نادیده بگیرند. در این پژوهش عوامل موثر بر استقرار زنجیره تامین سبز در شرکت پتروشیمی پردیس شناسایی شده و سپس با استفاده از روش نقشه شناختی فازی (fcm) درجه اهمیت آنها مشخص و در نهایت با استفاده روش نقشه شناختی فازی (fcm) شاخص ها رتبه بندی می شوند. نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل داده ها نشان می دهد از میان شاخص های تاثیرگذار بر استقرار زنجیره تامین سبز، کاهش (تخفیف) مالیات برای سازمان‌هایی با تولیدات سبز (0.67)، فشار مشتریان برای داشتن محصولاتی سبز (0.63) و اتخاذ راهبردهای سبز توسط رقبا (0.59) بالاترین میزان اهمیت و برگزاری همایش ها و کلاس های آموزشی در زمینه محیط‌زیست برای کارکنان و مدیران (0.47) و قوانین زیست‌محیطی دولت (0.47) به ترتیب کم‌اهمیت‌ترین شاخص را به خود اختصاص می دهند.

Presenting a Model of the Factors Affecting the Establishment of Green Supply Chain Using Fuzzy Cognitive Map

Today the environmental consequences and earth resources unresponsiveness is transformed to the main concern of human. At the same time increasing environmental pollution and its devastating consequences following that, increased consumer and environmental demand for sustainable products and services must try to reduce pollution caused by industrial development in the form of efforts to implement green supply chain. Despite government regulations and increasing public consciousness about the environment, companies that want to survive in the global market cannot ignore environmental issues.This study is to identify the factors affecting a green supply chain establishment in Pardis petrochemical company and then their importance be specified by using fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) and finally indicators be ranked by using fuzzy cognitive mapping (FCM). The results of data analysis showed among the effective indicators on the establishment of green supply chain, reduction (rebate) tax for organizations with green products (0.67), customers push for having green products (0.63) and the adoption of green strategies by competitors (0.59) the highest importance and holding conferences and training classes in the field of environment for employees and managers (0.47) and state environmental laws (0.47), respectively, allocate the least index to own.
