عوامل تاثیرگذار بر بکارگیری رایانش ابری در آموزش متوسطه

هدف: به‌کارگیری فناوری رایانش ابری، روند جدیدی در جهان امروز می‌باشد. رایانش ابری یکی از فناوری‌های اطلاعاتی نسل جدید است که روز به روز در بیشتر کشورها محبوبیت بیشتری پیدا می‌کند. در سال‌های اخیر بیشتر سازمان‌ها شروع به انتخاب مدل‌های ابری خود می‌کنند. موسسات آموزشی، به‌ویژه دانشگاه‌ها و مدارس، نمی‌توانند مزایای قابل توجهی را که رایانش ابری برای آن‌ها به همراه دارد، نادیده بگیرند و با توجه به روند رو به رشد جهان امروز در استفاده از آن غفلت نمایند. هدف اصلی در این پژوهش شناسایی مولفه‌های تاثیرگذار در بکارگیری این فناوری در آموزش متوسطه می‌باشد.مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی توسعه‌ای بوده و در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش داده بنیاد صورت گرفته است. مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش شامل 11 نفر از اساتید و مطلعین حوزه رایانش ابری و مدیریت آموزشی بودند که از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با آن‌ها مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته به عمل آمد. تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها طبق دستورالعمل استراس و کوربین (1390) و با کدگذاری (کدگذاری باز و کدگذاری محوری) صورت گرفته است.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها شامل 30 کد ثانویه و 13 مقوله اصلی می‌باشد. مقولات عبارت‌اند از: نیاز به تغییر در شیوه آموزش، سودمندی ابزارهای ابری، الزامات قرن 21، نیاز به فناوری‌های جدید، منابع انسانی، پشتیبانی سازمانی، آماده‌سازی محیط یادگیری، رویکردی نوآورانه به آموزش عمومی، سیاست‌گذاری آموزشی، فراهم کردن ملزومات آموزش، ارتقاء آموزش، عدالت آموزشی و مدیریت منابع مالی می‌باشد. براساس یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌توان بیان کرد که عوامل تعیین شده در بکار گیری فناوری رایانش ابری موثر بوده و در نتیجه می‌تواند راه‌حل‌هایی را برای مشکلات موجود در سیستم آموزش ارائه دهد. رایانش ابری کاربران را قادر می‌سازد تا از طریق اینترنت داده‌های آموزشی و تربیت خود را به سهولت کنترل و دسترسی داشته باشند. لذا ارائه سیستم‌های آموزشی نوآورانه متمرکز بر تقویت مهارت‌های دانش‌آموزان و توسعه یادگیری آن‌ها برای توانایی پاسخگویی به چالش‌های مداوم ضروری است.

factors affecting the use of cloud computing in high school education

objectives: the use of cloud computing technology is a new trend in today’s world. cloud computing is one of the newgeneration information technologies that is becoming more and more popular in most countries. in recent years, many organizations are beginning to choose their cloud models. educational institutions, especially universities and schools, cannot ignore the extensive benefits that cloud computing brings to them. they cannot also neglect to use them due to their growing trend in today’s world.  the main purpose of this study is to identify the effective components of using this technology in high school education.materials and methods:  the present study is conducted within the framework of a qualitative approach and using the grounded theory method. for the present study, 11 professors and experts in the field of cloud computing and educational management were semistructured interviewed by purposive sampling. the analysis of the data from the interviews was done according to strauss and corbin’s instructions (1390) with coding (open coding and axial coding.)discussion& conclusions: findings include 30 secondary codes and 13 main categories. categories include the need for change in teaching methods, the usefulness of cloud tools, 21stcentury requirements, the need for new technologies, human resources, organizational support, preparation of learning environment, innovative approach to public education, educational policy, providing education requirements, education promotion, educational justice, and financial resource management. based on the findings of this study, it can be said that cloud computing technology can provide solutions to problems in the education system. cloud computing enables users to easily control and access their training data via the internet. therefore, providing innovative educational systems focused on strengthening students’ skills and developing their learning is essential for the ability to respond to ongoing challenges.
