رهیافتی منطقی بر آموزۀ «عدل الهی» در نهج‌البلاغه

رویکرد حضرت علی (ع) در نهج البلاغه به آموزۀ عدل الهی و تفهیم آن بر اساس اسلوب منطقی و التفات به مواد و قالب‌ استدلال های ایشان در تبیین این موضوع، مورد عنایت عدل‌پژوهان واقع نشده است. در کلام حضرت (ع) عدل تکوینی، بر محور توازن در عالم هستی استوار است که به اعتقاد ایشان علاوه بر غنای از تشریح، می تواند به‌عنوان مقدمه ای بارز در براهین وجودی استفاده شود. التفات حضرت به مسئلۀ عدل تشریعی نیز با تلویحی بر بعثت انبیاء و عدالت در تکالیف الهی قابل توضیح است. تناسب جزا و پاداش الهی با اعمال بشری و عدم تبعیض در این امر، در صورت تساوی استحقاقات نیز دو امری است که در پرتو آن، تبیین منطقی عدل جزایی میسر می‌شود. نوشتار حاضر با شیوۀ توصیفی تحلیلی علاوه بر ترسیم نمایی از رویکرد حضرت به مقولۀ عدل الهی در سه ساحت تکوین، تشریع و جزا، به عرضۀ صور و مواد استدلا های ایشان نیز پرداخته است. نتایج این جستار حاکی از آن است که بیانات حضرت در این باب، مستدل، مبرهن و واجد ساختار و قالب متعارف منطقی بوده و به اعتقاد نگارنده در گشایش ابواب نوین در حیطۀ نهج‌الباغه‌پژوهی کارآمد است.

Rational approach on the principle of divine justice in Nahj Albalagheh

Imam Ali’s approach on the principle of divine justice in Nahj Albalagheh and explaining it according to a rational method and paying attention to his subjects and structures about this matter, has not been considered by justice inquirers. In Imam Ali’s word, adl takvini is based on the pivot of balance of the universe that in his viewpoint can be considered as an introduction of existential reasons however does not need any explanation. Also his attention to adl tashri’i is explicable with a cue to prophetic mission and divine orders. Appropriateness of penalty and reward with the humane acts and equality in this issue, providing the equality of merits, are also two issues that according to them, rational declaration of penal justice would be possible. In addition to draw an exponent from Imam Ali’s approach to divine justice in three fields of takvin, tashri’, and penalty, this assay has paid attention to the structures and subjects of his reasoning with a descriptiveanalytic method. The results of the assay represent that Imam Ali’s words in this issue is logical and has rational structure and from author’s viewpoint is an effective research to open the new ways about researching into Nahj Albalagheh.
