تاثیر خودشیفتگی مدیران بر هزینه‌های تحقیق و توسعه

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر خودشیفتگی مدیران بر هزینه‌های تحقیق و توسعه است. به همین منظور، داده‌های مربوط به شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق‌بهادار تهران برای دوره زمانی ده ساله بین سال‌های 1391 الی 1400 برای 80 شرکت استخراج و از نرم‌افزار آماری ایویوز 8 استفاده گردید. پژوهش حاضر از بعد نتیجه، یک پژوهش کاربردی است. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل‌های آماری، نتایج حاصل از فرضیه‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که خودشیفتگی مدیران بر هزینه‌های تحقیق و توسعه تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. یافته‌های این مطالعه، نظریه مربوط به خودشیفتگی مدیرعامل را غنی‌تر نموده و آن را گسترش می‌دهد. همچنین پیامدهای عملی مهمی برای تصمیمات سرمایه‌گذاری تحقیق و توسعه و انتخاب مدیران در شرکت‌ها دارد.

the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of ceo narcissism on the r d expenditures. for this purpose, the data related to the companies accepted in the tehran stock exchange for the ten-year period between 1391 and 1400 were extracted for 80 companies and the statistical software eviews 8 was used. the current research is applied research; from the perspective of the research result, it is applied research. after the statistical analysis, the results of the research hypotheses indicate that ceo narcissism has a positive and significant effect on r d expenditures. the findings of this study enrich and expand the theory of ceo narcissism. it also has important practical implications for r d investment decisions and the selection of managers in companies.
