تبیین الگوی تحولات و پیامدهای ناشی از انقلاب‌سایبر با روش گراندد تئوری

انقلاب سایبر فضایی متفاوت تر از آنچه در گذشته وجود داشته را پدید آورده است و سبب شده تا روابط بین الملل و ارتباطات بین کشورها در عرصه‌های گوناگون به شکل متفاوتی مطرح گردد. بنابراین این فضا سبب تحولات قابل توجهی در عرصه نظری و عملی شده است که مطالعه آن را حائز اهمیت نموده است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و استفاده از روش گرندد تئوری انجام شده است. به این منظور پس از بررسی متون تخصصی مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش از مصاحبه نیمه ساختمند با 16 نفر از صاحب نظران حوزه سایبر (اساتید دانشگاهی و مدیران سایبری) تا اشباع داده‌ها که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند بود استفاده شد. یافته‌های تحقیق که از طریق کدگذاری باز و محوری انجام شد نشان می‌دهد که داده ها متشکل از 355 کد باز، 100کد محوری و 17مقوله است و در نهایت مدلی در قالب هسته مرکزی پژوهش با 5 عامل زمینه‌ای، 4 عامل راهبردی، 2 عامل علی و 6 پیامد تدوین شد. در نهایت می‌توان گفت این فضا ایجاد کننده فرصت‌های بسیار مهم و قابل توجهی می‌باشد که بازیگران سیاسی در صورت درک مناسب شرایط جدید، در عرصه بین المللی نسبت به افزایش قدرت ملی و برقراری پیوندهای شبکه‌ای اقدام نمایند.

Explaining the Pattern of Developments and Consequences of the Cyber Revolution by Grounded Theory

The cyber revolution has created a space different from what has existed in the past, and has led to the emergence of international relations and communication between countries in different ways. As a result, this space has led to significant theoretical and practical developments that have made it important to study it. The purpose of this study is to provide a model for the environment created by the cyber revolution. The research has been done with qualitative approach and using the grounded theory method. For this purpose, after reviewing specialized literature related to the research topic, semistructured interviews were conducted with 16 cybersecurity experts (academics and senior executives) to data saturation targeted sampling. The research findings through open and axial coding indicate that 355 open source codes, 100 axial codes and 17 categories are ultimately modeled as the core of the research with 5 contextual factors, 4 strategic factors, 2 Factor Ali and 6 outcomes were formulated. Finally, it can be argued that this creates significant and significant opportunities for countries and economic actors to understand the new situation internationally in terms of enhancing national power and effective actor and networking.
