مطالعه ی اقتصاد تهیه و تولید انیمیشن تلویزیونی در ایران با مطالعه ی موردی دو انیمیشن داخلی وخارجی (شکرستان و خانواده سیمپسون)

امروزه انیمیشن به‌عنوان رسانه‌ای قدرتمند و صنعتی پول‌ساز در کشورهای بزرگ جهان به شمار می‌آید و در طول یک قرن توانسته به‌سرعت روند رشد و تکامل را سپری کند. در ایران تهیه و تولید انیمیشن تلویزیونی نتوانسته آن گونه که باید به یک صنعت تبدیل شود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی آسیب‌های اقتصادی پیش روی تهیه و تولید انیمیشن تلویزیونی در ایران و ارائه راه کارهای مناسب برای حل این مشکلات می‌باشد.در این مقاله نقاط ضعف مسیر اقتصاد تولید انیمیشن تلویزیونی در ایران از طریق مصاحبه با دست اندرکاران این عرصه مشخص‌شده و تاثیر سیستم دولتی تولید بر انیمیشن تلویزیونی در ایران و انحصار بازار خرید و پخش یعنی رسانه ی ملی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. فرآیند تهیه و تولید یکی از سریال‌های پربیننده ی انیمیشن در ایران «شکرستان» با یکی از الگوهای موفق سریال انیمیشن تلویزیونی در آمریکا «خانواده ی سیمپسون» مقایسه شده است. این مقوله دارای موانع و آسیب‌هایی است؛ موانعی که مجموعه ی مرکز مطالعات و تولیدات فیلم انیمیشن حوزه ی هنری تلاش کرده تا با الگوگیری از یک سریال موفق انیمیشن خارجی یعنی «خانواده ی سیمپسون» و گذر کردن از آن موانع، وارد صنعت حرفه‌ای تولید انیمیشن تلویزیونی شود و با تولید مجموعه ی «شکرستان» از بخش صرفاً هنری انیمیشن تلویزیونی خارج‌شده و با حضور در بخش‌های مختلفی از قبیل بازار جانبی و ارائه ی خارجی، به وجوه اقتصادی و صنعتی آن کمک نماید.

A study was carried out on the economic state of TV animation in Iran by comparing two different TV animation (one Iranian and American) “Shekarestan” and “The Simpsons”

Animation is nowadays known as a powerful medium and a very profitable source in every big country, and has been able to evolve through this past decade. In Iran the production of TV animation hasn’t been able to establish itself as on Industry. The aim of this research was to express the industrial problems in the production of TV animation and to provide a good solution for the problems.In this article the weak points of production economy of TV animation in our country has been expressed through Interviews with the cast and crew of different projects in this area. The effect of the governmental system of production and the domination of production led by the national TV has been looked at. Different production stages of two different Animation series (both very popular) of “the simpsons” and “shekarestan” have been compared together. This kind of media faces many obstacles and problems, and (RPCA Pictures) has tried to use the production stages of a successful TV animation such as “the simpsons” to overcome the problems facing production and enter the professional business of TV animation with the release of “shekarestan”. They have also tried to make a move from being only artistic and trying to enter the international market and to be successful economically and industrially.
