فضای مجازی و پست مدرن شدن عرصه پزشکی (مطالعه موردی: موسیقی درمانی)

با ظهور پسامدرنیسم در حوزه پزشکی، تفسیرهای جدیدی از مفاهیم سلامت و رویکردهای آن پدید آمد. یکی از روش‌های درمانیکه با تفسیرهای پست مدرنیستی تناسب دارد، طب مکمل و جایگزین است.با نقصان حضور انواع مختلف طب مکمل  به خصوص موسیقی درمانی در دانشگاه ها و کمبود کلینیک های موسیقی درمانی در فضای اجتماعی ایران، در فضای مجازی شاهد ظهور سایت ها و وبلاگ هایی با موضوع موسیقی درمانی هستیم. با توجه به این محدودیت ها، آنچه قابل تامل است نقش فضای مجازی در ایجاد فرصتی برای حضور گفتمانی است که به حاشیه رانده شده است. این امکان حضور در فضای مجازی در شرایط محدود حضور در فضای فیزیکی نمودی از پست مدرن شدن است. مسلما محدودیت های فضای واقعی بر کیفیت حضور موسیقی درمانی در فضای مجازی ایران هم تاثیر می گذارد. لذا این پرسش ها مطرح می شود که چگونه موسیقی درمانی در فضای مجازی معرفی می شود؟ در معرفی موسیقی درمانی به عنوان یکی از انواع طب مکمل  در فضای مجازی بر چه ابعادی تاکید می شود؟ و چگونه این ابعاد در تقابل با پزشکی مدرن قرار می گیرند؟ روش تحقیق در این مطالعه، تحلیل محتوای کیفی است. جامعه هدف پژوهش عبارت است از وب سایت های ایرانی فعال در رابطه با موسیقی درمانی. روشنمونهگیری،نمونهگیرینظری (هدفمند) است و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافته است. مطالعه و تجزیه و تحلیل 11 سایت مورد بررسی، نشان داد این سایت ها بر هفت بعد (مقوله) کلان از موسیقی درمانی تاکید می کنند تا آن را به مخاطبان معرفی کنند که عبارتند از: «بعد علمی»، «بعد تاریخی»، «کارکرد درمانگری»، «بعد توانمندسازی»، «مزیت بهداشتی سلامت»، «جامعیت کاربرد» و «جهانی بودن موسیقی درمانی». از این میان، موسیقی درمانی با تاکید بر برخی ابعاد تلاش می کند تا با نزدیک کردن خود به پزشکی مدرن بر اعتبار خود افزوده و در مقابل با تاکید بر برخی ابعاد دیگر، به رقابت با پزشکی مدرن می پردازد. هرچند پزشکی مدرن در فضای مجازی با گفتمان های رقیب مواجه شده و گفتمان های خاموش پزشکی مانند موسیقی درمانی توانسته اند از این فضا برای رقابت با پزشکی مدرن و حضور در عرصه سلامت استفاده کنند، اما آنچه به عنوان طب مکمل می شناختیم نیز دچار تحول شده و از پزشکی مدرن تاثیر یافته است.

Cyber space and post- modernization of modern medicine Case study: music therapy

New interpretations of the concept of health and its approaches have been developed with appearance and rise of post modernism in medical science. Complementary and alternative medicine is one good sample of the therapy methods which match the postmodern interpretations. Due to the lack of existence of different types of complementary medicine specifically the music therapy in the universities and shortage of music therapy clinics in the Iranian society, we are facing appearance of websites and blogs on the subject of music therapy in the cyberspace. Considering these limitations, the cyberspace has a considerable role in creating an opportunity for the presence of a discourse which is otherwise marginalised.The possibility of the existence in the cyberspace while there is limited chance of presence in the physical world is a sign of post modernism.The limitations of the real world will of course have an effect on the quality of development of music therapy in the Iranian cyberspace. Therefore the following questions are asked that how the music therapy is introduced in the cyberspace, which characteristics of the complementary medicine are more focused on in the introduction of music therapy in the cyberspace and how these characteristics interact with the modern medical science?The research method adopted in this study is the analysis of quality content. The target research society is the Iranian websites active in the field of music therapy. The sampling method is theoretical (targeted) sampling which was undertaken until the theoretical saturation was reached. Study and analysis of the 11 websites under assessment showed that these websites focused on 7 fundamental characteristics of music therapy for its introduction to the audience including the scientific, historical, therapy, empowerment, healthcare benefit, application integrity and globalisation. Music therapy while trying to gain credit by getting close to the modern medical science, competes with it by focusing on some of its other characteristics and dimensions. Although modern medical science is facing some rival discourses in the cyberspace and silent discourses like music therapy have been able to use this space to compete with modern medical science and be present in the health space, what we used to know as complementary medicine has also been revolutionised and affected by the modern medical science.
