کاربرد اصول و قواعد فقهی در پیشگیری از اختلال اضطرابی وسواس فکری - عملی

اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی به‌عنوان یک بیماری، به‌صورت جدی در علوم روان‌شناسی و پزشکی مطالعه می‌شود، اما حوزۀ بروز این بیماری که اغلب در امور مذهبی نمود پیدا می‌کند، سبب شد تا این سوال برای نویسندگان مطرح شود که چگونه می‌توان از طریق اصول و قواعد فقهی، در راه پیشگیری از این اختلال گام برداشت؟ لذا با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی پژوهشی در این عرصه انجام گرفت که ثمرۀ آن به دو بخش تقسیم می‌شود، در بخش نخست به مجموعۀ تعریف‌ها، ویژگی‌ها، علایم، سبب‌شناسی و... پرداختیم و در بخش بعدی به اصول و قواعد فقهی مختلف مانند اصاله الصحه، اصل استصحاب ... توجه کردیم، از آن حیث که با ایجاد آگاهی برای مکلفان هم به طریق دریافت مفهوم مخالف ناشی از کاربرد اصول فقهی و هم با رفع تحیر در بدو تکلیف و هم با دفع تفکرات معطوف به خوف و شرم بی‌جهت از عذاب و الطاف الهی، در مقام پیشگیری از بروز اختلال یادشده برمی‌آیند. برای این منظور از ادعا و استدلال در اصول فقه تا آنجا که با مباحث اعتقادی و غیرعلمی خلط نشود، بهره بردیم و در نهایت نتیجه گرفتیم که از طریق کاربرد قواعد اصول فقهی می‌توان هم در زمینۀ پیشگیری اولیه و هم پیشگیری ثانویه (بعد از وقوع اختلال) موثر واقع شد.
