ادبی معناشناختی آیه وضو و رهیافت به حکم شرعی

در این مقاله به‌دنبال بررسی آیۀ ششم سورۀ مائده و جایگاه نحوی کلمۀ «ارجل» است. این آیه که به آیۀ وضو شهرت دارد، بیانگر یک حکم مهم شرعی است که اعراب کلمۀ ارجل تاثیر بسزایی در روشن شدن حکم دارد.کلمۀ ارجل در آیۀ ششم سوره مائده به سه گونۀ رفع، نصب و جر قرائت شده است که دو قرائت جر و نصب مشهورترند. با توجه به اینکه در حالت جری عطف به «رئوسکم» و در حالت نصبی عطف به محل «رئوسکم» و رئوسکم معمول فعل «امسحوا» است، دانسته می‌شود که وظیفۀ پا نیز مانند سر، مسح کردن است، نه شستن. از طرفی، عطفِ ارجل در حالت نصبی بر «وجوهکم» خلاف فصاحت است؛ زیرا در این‌صورت بین دو معمولِ یک فعل، فاصله به اجنبی شده است و در حالت جر نیز، عطف گرفتن بر «وجوهکم» و قائل به قاعدۀ حمل بر جوار شدن نیز صحیح نیست. با توجه به قواعد نحوی، ارجلکم عطف بر وجوهکم نخواهد بود. بنابراین عطف بر «برئوسکم» است و وظیفه در وضو، مسح کردن پاست نه شستن آن.

A grammatical study of the verse of wudu and its religious requirement

The word “Arjulakum” in the 6th verse of Sura alMa’ida is recited in three different vowelized endings; Marfu’, Mansub, and Majrur. The two later forms are more popular. Given that the word “arjulakum’ in the Majrur mode is coordinated to “Ru’usikum” and in the Mansub mode is coordinated to the position of “ru’usikum”, and the both possibilities would make the word “ru’usikum” object of the verb “imsahu”, the feet are also need to be wiped instead of being washed, the same as wiping for head. In another hand, coordination of “arjulakum” in Mansub mode, to “wujuhikum”, would make a distance between two objects of a single verb, which contradicts the eloquence of the sentence. Coordination to “wujuhikum” in the Majrur mode according to the rule of neighboring words is not correct here too. And according to rules of Arabic syntax, “arjulakum” could not be coordinated to “wujuhikum”, so the only possibility left is its coordination “ru’usikum” which concludes the obligatory of wiping of the feet in wudu’, instead of washing them.
