بررسی تحلیلی و ارائۀ مدل نهادینه کردن فرهنگ وقف در دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تحلیلی وقف و ارائۀ مدلی به‌منظور نهادینه کردن فرهنگ وقف در دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزش عالی است. این تحقیق دارای راهبرد ترکیبی (تلفیقی) است. بنابراین جامعۀ مورد بررسی در مرحلۀ کیفی و کمی متفاوت بودند. در بخش کیفی جامعۀ آماری شامل خبرگان حوزۀ وقف است. جامعۀ کمی مورد پژوهش، شامل تمامی خیرین و واقفان استان هرمزگان و مدیران سطوح عالی دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزش عالی هستند که تعدادشان طبق آمار 135 نفر است. برای تحلیل کمی و به‌منظور آزمون فرضیات مرتبط با اجزای مدل و آزمون کل مدل تحقیق به‌ترتیب از آزمون t استفاده شد. برای این کار از نرم‌افزار spss نسخۀ 22 استفاده شد. برای بخش کیفی نیز از روش داده‌بنیاد و نرم‌افزار maxqda10 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که این پژوهش مدلی مشتمل بر شش بعد (آموزش، تسهیل‌کننده، راهبردها، فرهنگ، موانع و نتایج) و42 مولفه است که در آن نشان داده شد دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزش عالی برای حرکت به سمت نهادینه کردن وقف باید به متغیرهای آموزش، تسهیل‌کننده، راهبرد‌ها، فرهنگ، موانع، نتایج توجه کنند.

An Analytical Study and Presentation of a Model to Institutionalize Waqf Culture in Universities and Higher Education Institutions

The purpose of this study is to perform an analytical study of religious endowment (waqf) and to provide a model to institutionalize endowment culture in the universities and higher education institutions. This research has a hybrid strategy. Therefore, the studied population are qualitatively and quantitatively different. The qualitative part of the statistical community includes experts in the field of endowment. The quantitative population studied in this study includes all donors and high level managers of universities and institutions of higher education of Hormozgan province, whose number is 135 according to statistics. For quantitative analysis and to test the hypotheses related to the components of the model and the whole model of the research, Ttest is used. For this purpose, SPSS version 22 is used. For the qualitative part, the grounded theory approach and Maxqda10 software are used. The research findings show that this research is a model consisting of six dimensions (education, facilitator, strategies, culture, barriers, and results) and 42 components. It was shown that universities and higher education institutions should pay attention to the variables of education, facilitator, strategies, culture, barriers, and results in order to move towards the institutionalization of endowment.
