سیاست جنایی در رُمان میرا

رُمان «میرا»  اثر کریستوفر فرانک‌ در سال 1967 منتشر شد. «میرا» تصویر یک پادآرمان‌شهر است. تخیلِ جامعه‌شناسانۀ «فرانک» نشان می‌دهد که تداوم یک الگوی خاص حاکمیتی، چه سرنوشتی برای جامعه رقم خواهد زد. وی با ترسیم یک جامعۀ پادآرمان، پیامدهای ادامه یا افزایش معضلات اجتماعی را برای مردم نمایان می‌سازد و مفاهیمی چون تمامیت‌خواهی و دگرخواهیِ اجباری را به چالش می‌کشد. فضای رُمان، بیانگر نوعی حیاتِ تحت کنترل است که در آن، فردیت و تکثر انسان‌ها توسط دولت منهدم می‌شود و بشر به مرز عامه‌شدگی، یکسان‌شدگی و کالاشدگی می‌رسد. نوشتار پیش رو، از دریچۀ سیاست جنایی به «میرا» می‌نگرد. ساختار عمیق سیاست جنایی، از رهگذر روابط موجود میان چهار نامتغیر «بزه»، «انحراف»، «پاسخ دولت» و «پاسخ جامعۀ مدنی» متجلی می‌شود. از این رو، واکاوی رُمان «میرا» بر مبنای دو نامتغیر «هنجارها» و «پاسخ‌ها»، گفتمان سیاست جنایی اقتدارگرا و اقتدارگرای فراگیر آن را آشکار می‌کند.

The Criminal Policy in the Mortelle Book

The Mortelle book by Christopher Frank was published 1967. It is an image of dystopia. It shows a sociological fiction of Frank that it indicates the continuity of a particular governing paradigm will give rise to such destiny for the society. With visualizing a dystopia, he uncovers the outcomes of the continuity or enhancement of the social dilemmas for people. He argues concepts such as totalitarianism and coercive altruism. The atmosphere or mood of the novel presents a form of life in control that the state collapses the individuality and the plurality of human beings and human attains the confines of the popularization, alikeness and commodification. The following note watches “the Mortelle” from the window of the criminal policy. The deep structure of the criminal policy is revealed via four invariants: offences, deviance, government response and the civil community response. Therefore; the review of “The Mortelle” based on two variants “norms and responses” reveals the discourse of its authoritarian and totalitarian criminal policy.
