سرشت بومی‌سازی: درآمدی بر مفهوم بومی‌سازی جرم‌شناسی

پرسش از سرشت بومی‌سازی و زوایای آن، به پرسش از چیستی علم مرتبط است که همواره مورد توجه تاریخ و فلسفۀ علم بوده و واکاوی ابعاد آن، مستلزم جریان‌شناسی تاریخی مطالعات پسااستعماری و نقش آن در شکل‌گیری، تثبیت و استمرار گفتمان بومی‌سازی است. برای ارائه مفهومی دقیق از بومی‌سازی جرم‌شناسی و سرشت‌شناسی آن، از روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی و رویکرد انتقادی استفاده شده است. یافته‌های حاصل از واکاوی تحلیلی مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که از یک‌سو، بومی‌سازی جرم‌شناسی، فرایند درونی‌سازی کنترل جرم با عقل ایرانی است و از سوی دیگر، سیاست و خط‌مشی علمی با هدف تولید ادبیات نظریه‌های بومی جرم‌شناختی و جذب گزینشی و انتقادی نظریه‌های جرم‌شناختی غربی، با هدف کارآمدسازی آن‌ها برای کنترل جرممحسوب می‌شود. بنابراین نتایج تحلیلی نوشتار حاضر حاکی از آن استکه در بستر اجتماعی ایران، شکاف معناداری میان نظام معرفت‌شناختی و هستی‌شناختی جرم‌شناسی معاصر ایرانی با شاخص‌ها و مولفه‌های جرم‌شناسی بومی وجود دارد.

The Nature of the Indigenization: An Introduction to the Concept of Indigenization of Criminology

The question about the nature of indigenization and its angles is related to the question about the nature of knowledge (‘ilm) which has been constantly observed by the history and philosophy of science and the analysis of its dimensions requires the historical current of the postcolonial studies and its role in the formation, consolidation and continuity of the indigenization discourse. To present an accurate concept of indigenization of criminology and its nature it has been applied the descriptiveanalytic research method and critical approach. The research findings obtained from the analytic review shows that from one side the indigenization of criminology is a process of the assimilation of crime control with Iranian intellect and from the other side, it is considered a strategy and scientific policy aiming to produce the literature of the Indigenous theories of Criminology and the critical and proper selection of the westernoriginated criminological theories with aiming to streamline them for crime control. Therefore, the analytic results of the present writing indicate that there is a deep gap between the epistemological system and the ontological system of Iranian modern criminology and the parameters and components of the Indigenous criminology in the social context of Iran.
