بررسی نقش دینداری در توسعه کارآمدی معلمان دبیرستان های اردبیل سید

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و شناسایی تاثیر دینداری در توسعه کارآمدی معلمان دبیرستان های ناحیه یک اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 اجرا شده است. از لحاظ هدف تحقیق از نوع کاربردی، از لحاظ نوع روش، توصیفی همبستگی و از لحاظ روش گردآوری اطلاعات روش تحقیق میدانی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش متشکل از کلیه معلمان دبیرستان های ناحیه یک اردبیل می باشد که برای تعیین حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 196 معلم با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب و مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. به منظورگردآوری داده های مورد نیاز، از پرسشنامه استاندارد دینداری گلاک و استارک و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته کارآمدی معلمان استفاده شده است. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار آماری spss و برای تحلیل فرضیه‌های تحقیق از ضریب رگرسیون تک متغیره و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. نتایج بدست آمده از تحقیق حاکی از این است که دینداری در توسعه کارآمدی معلمان تاثیر مثبت معنی‌داری دارد. همچنین ضریب بتا نشان می دهد که دینداری 40 درصد تغییرات توسعه کارآمدی معلمان را پیش بینی می کند.

Examining the role of religion in the efficient development of teachers

This study aims to investigate and identify the influence of religion in the efficient development of teachers in high schools in the 13941395 school year in District One of Ardabil. In terms of the objective, the research was applied, in terms of the type of procedure, it was descriptive and correlational, and in terms of the data collection, the desired research method was fieldwork. The population included all teachers of high schools in Ardabil is amounting to 400 people. To determine the size of the sample, Morgan table was used and the sample size was 196 people who were selected by simple random sampling. In order to collect the required data, Glock and Stark's religiosity questionnaire and the teachers' selfmade questionnaire was used. For data analysis, SPSS software and for the analysis of the hypothesis of the study the Univariate regression coefficient and the Pearson correlation coefficient was used. The results of the study indicated a significant positive effect of religiosity efficient in the development of high schools teachers in Ardabil. The beta coefficient indicated that religiosity could predict 40% of efficient development of teachers.
