تعیین عوامل موثر بر سواد اخلاقی معلمان ابتدایی از دیدگاه معلمان: نمونه شهر اردبیل

هدف: هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر بر سواد اخلاقی معلمان ابتدایی از دیدگاه معلمان نمونه شهر اردبیل بود.روش پژوهش: روش این پژوهش از نوع کیفی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان نمونه شهر اردبیل در سه سال اخیر (از سال 1398 تا 1400) بودند. تعداد کل این معلمان 85 نفر بود. روش نمونه‌گیری از نوع نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود. تعداد نمونه شامل 27 نفر از جامعه آماری مذکور بود که به شیوه تدریجی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌ نیمه ساختار یافته صورت گرفت. برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل متن مصاحبه‌ها از روش تجزیه ‌و تحلیل تم استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: براساس یافته‌ها مقوله‏‌های اساسی مبیین سواد اخلاقی مشتمل بر 16 مقوله بود که بیانگر سه دسته عوامل علّی (مانند امور اداری، وضعیت مدرسه، چشم‌انداز آتی، ارتباطات، کسب دانش، هنجارهای موجود و بینش اخلاقی)، عوامل مداخله‌ای (وضعیت شغلی، ساختار سازمانی، مدیریتی و قراردادهای روان‌شناختی) و زمینه‌‎ای (سن، جنسیت، وضعیت تاهل، سطح تحصیلات، مذهب، تعداد فرزندان، تحصیلات والدین، تحصیلات همسر، سابقه خدمت، رشته تحصیلی، شغل، شرکت در گردهمایی‌هایی اجتماعی، نمایشگاه‌ها و کلاس‌های آموزشی و محل خدمت شهری و روستایی) بود.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاضر بر اهمیت توجه به مقوله‌های شناسایی شده به عنوان عوامل موثر بر سواد اخلاقی معلمان ابتدایی را نشانگر می‌باشد.

identifying the factors affecting the moral literacy of primary school teachers from the perspective of exemplary teachers in ardabil

objective: the aim of this study was to identifying the factors affecting the moral literacy of primary school teachers from the perspective of exemplary teachers in ardabil. methods: the method of this research was qualitative. the statistical population included all sample teachers in ardabil in the last three years (2019 2021). the total number of these teachers was 85. the sampling method was purposive sampling. the number of samples included 27 people from the statistical population who were selected gradually until they reached theoretical saturation. data were collected through semi structured interviews. theme analysis method was used to analyze the text of the interviews.result: findings based on the findings, the main categories of moral literacy consisted of 16 categories, which represent three categories of causal factors (such as administrative affairs, school status, future perspective, communication, knowledge acquisition, existing norms and moral insight), intervention factors (job status, organizational structure, management and psychological contracts) and context (age, gender, marital status, education level, religion, number of children, parents’ education, spouse’s education, service history, field of study, occupation, participation in social gatherings , exhibitions and educational classes and a place of urban and rural service). conclusion: the present results indicate the importance of paying attention to the categories identified as factors affecting the moral literacy of primary school teachers.
