طراحی و اعتباریابی بسته آموزشی نظارت و راهنمایی (سوپرویژن) آموزشی برای مدیران مدارس

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتباریابی بسته آموزشی نظارت و راهنمایی(سوپر ویژن) آموزشی برای مدیران مدارس می‌باشد.روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی است و از شیوه تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است. در این راستا با استفاده از رویکرد هدفمند و بکارگیری معیار اشباع نظری تلاش شد تا با استفاده از فن مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته، تجربیات 14 نفرخبره (اعضای هیات علمی رشته های مدیریت آموزشی، کارشناسان علوم تربیتی، مدیران مدارس و معاونین) که به‌صورت ملاک محور و به‌عنوان اطلاع‌رسان انتخاب شدند، مورد بررسی عمیق قرار گیرد.ابزار پژوهش بخش کیفی مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته اکتشافی می باشد. برای تحلیل داده ها، در بخش کیفی از روش کُدگذاری سیستماتیک با استفاده از نرم افزار maxqda استفاده گردید.پس از پیاده‌سازی مصاحبه‌ها و تحلیل عمیق داده‌ها با استفاده از کدگذاری مفهومی باز انتخابی مقوله ها و مفاهیم معنایی در طبقات دسته‌بندی و طبقه بندی شدند. 4 مفهوم اصلی شامل «کیفیت آموزشی»، «تدریس و یادگیری»، «پژوهش محوری» و «حمایت اجتماعی« شناسایی شدند.یافته‌ها:  در بحث روایی پژوهش، به منظور اطمینان خاطر از دقیق بودن یافته‌ها از نظر اساتید و متخصصان دانشگاهی که در این حوزه معتبر بوده‌اند استفاده شد، همچنین از روش توافق درون گروهی موضوعی استفاده گردید که درصد پایایی 70 درصد محاسبه شد.نتیجه‌گیری: در تحقیق کنونی از پایایی باز آزمون و روش توافق درون موضوعی برای محاسبه پایایی مصاحبه های استفاده‌شده است.در نهایت یافته های مربوط به اعتباریابی نیز حکایت از آن داشت که اعتباریابی بسته آموزشی نظارت و راهنمایی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان اراک مناسب می باشد.

objective the purpose of this study is to design and validate an educational supervisory training package for school principals.methods  the method of the present research is qualitative and the method of content analysis has been used. in this regard, using a purposeful approach and applying the theoretical saturation criterion, an attempt was made to use the semi-structured in-depth interview technique, the experiences of 14 experts (faculty members of educational management, educational science experts, school principals and deputies) as criteria. the focus of the qualitative section of the semi-structured interviews is exploratory. to analyze the data, in the qualitative part, the systematic coding method was used using maxqda software. after implementing the interviews and in-depth analysis of the data, the categories and semantic concepts were categorized and classified into categories using re-selective conceptual coding. . four main concepts were identified, including &educational quality&, &teaching and learning&, &research-oriented& and &social support&.results  in the discussion of the validity of the research, in order to ensure the accuracy of the findings in the opinion of professors and academic experts who have been credible in this field, the method of thematic intra-group agreement was used which 70% reliability was calculated.conclusion in the current study, the reliability of the retest and the method of agreement within the subject have been used to calculate the reliability of the interviews.
