چکیده
|
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش همنوایی اجتماعی و تعهد اجتماعی در تفسیرگرایی بلومر در معلمان مقطع متوسطه انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه معلمان مقطع متوسطه شهر اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 1399-1398 تشکیل داد. از این جامعه نمونه ای به حجم 120 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب گردید و به پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تفسیرگرایی و همنوایی اجتماعی و پرسشنامه تعهد اجتماعی پاسخ دادند. داده‌های به‌دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss25تحلیل شد. نتایج ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که تفسیرگرایی با نمره کل همنوایی اجتماعی و تعهد اجتماعی رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد (05/0< p). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد 11 درصد از کل واریانس تفسیرگرایی به وسیله همنوایی اجتماعی و تعهد اجتماعی تبیین می شود. از لحاظ کاربردی با توجه به اهمیت همنوایی اجتماعی و تعهد اجتماعی به مدیران، روانشناسان و مشاوران مدارس برگزاری کارگاه‌های آموزشی جهت ارتقای انطباق و تعهد اجتماعی معلمان پیشنهاد می‌گردد.

The role of social conformity and social commitment in Blumer interpretation in high school teachers

Abstract
|
The aim of this study was to investigate the role of social compliance and social commitment in Blumer’s interpretiveness in high school teachers. The method of the present study is descriptivecorrelational. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all high school teachers in Ardabil in the academic year 20192020. A sample of 120 people was selected from this population by cluster random sampling method and they answered the researchermade questionnaire of interpretiveness and social conformity and the questionnaire of social commitment. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and regression tests using SPSS 25 software. The results of correlation coefficient showed that interpretiveness has a positive and significant relationship with the total score of social compliance and social commitment (p <0.05). The results of regression analysis also showed that 11% of the total variance of interpretiveness is explained by social compliance and social commitment. Practically, due to the importance of social cohesion and social commitment, it is suggested to school principals, psychologists and counselors to hold training workshops to improve the adaptation and social commitment of teachers.
